We really enjoyed the food, even my pre-teen kids liked it! The absolute only negative was the fact that our table didn't have a light over it, making it quite dark. But the service and food were phenomenal, will absolutely be back.
The meats weren't that good. Most of them were medium well or well done. The buffet style section was underwhelming. Salads were overdressed and then the carb selection (mashed potatoes, beans, rice) were super dry.
We have been at Bolero multiple times (too bad they don't have a yearly pass. LOL). and every time we have great experience: food, service, ambience. For our family it is a default place for dining even though our son has a bunch of food allergies. Fantastic place!
