The meat, the variety - simply delicious!! The grilled pineapple 🥰 addictive. The crème brûlée and tres leche - cannot go wrong with any of the desserts I think. To top it all off the host and serving staff are incredible and attentive. You get a slice and if you want more they will - but the servers keep coming! Those slices add up to a full meal - and they are quick to bring your faves back. It was a wonderful experience. Go hungry
Was okay, but, unfortunately most of the meat selections were chewy, not as tender as you would expect for the price. We have had better Brazilian BBQ elsewhere. The buffet selection was fine with enough variety for most.

Bolero is hands down one of the best dining experiences in YYC if you're a fan of Brazilian-style rodizio. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with just the right balance of upscale and casual. Our server, Kyle was incredibly friendly, attentive and honest, which we really appreciated. He made sure we were well taken care of without being overbearing, and his genuine attitude added a personal touch to the whole experience. It's rare to find service that feels both...
