I love this little cafe! The coffee is excellent, roasted onsite, and the baristas a friendly. The owner is from Ethiopia, so you know you are getting the best beans. It’s nice to know I’m supporting a local family, as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The drip coffee was completely flavorless. Honestly, hot water from a freshly cleaned coffee machine would have had more coffee taste. The sandwiches were just as bad. They appear to sit in the fridge all day, and when reheated, they still contain lettuce and tomato. The result is a cold, sour, soggy mess. The lettuce is wilted, the tomato is soft and mushy, and the combination is genuinely unpleasant (I ordered the ham and cheese croissant) This place needs serious improvement before it’s worth visiting. I don’t recommend it at all. This may sound harsh, but I’m simply describing my actual experience and the items I was served.

Hands down the BEST Mocha I have ever had! We just discovered this cafe today and decided to give it a try. Prices are great, and for the delicious Mocha, I’d gladly pay more. I basically stopped buying mochas because they were never very good, but here, I’ll be coming back again and again. The atmosphere is very cute and quiet, a few chairs and comfy couches. 100% RECOMMEND!!

I made the mistake of taking my wife to Bono once. Now she refuses to drink coffee anywhere else in the city. I don't know what to do sometimes, I need a coffee, but she refuses unless its Bono. It's great that they have 3 locations now, but clearly more are needed as I can't always drive out of the way to satisfy her needs. I had to start buying their prebagged coffee just so that we can also enjoy Bono Coffee at home.
Take this as a warning. If you come to Bono, be prepared to have a new favorite coffee shop that you will compare every other coffee shop to.
