We had a bad experience⊠only 1 waitress the whole restaurant. Took over an hour to get our food from the time of ordering. My wings were cold inside. Went and checked and they were sitting on the counter for about 30 mins before we went to find a server. Not impressed at all with this Boston pizza

Caesars spot on, perfect Guinness pour, steaks cooked exactly as requested, and Parker the server was amazing.. attentive, kind, funny and knowledgeable!! Totally recommend!!
I went on this location on 29 October 2024 with my friend on my birthday and the food was awesome and the guy who served us âEmronâ was so good at the customer service he really made my day by providing us the great food and greatest customer experience to me and my friend.

Went to BPâs with my family and waited over 20 minutes at our table without even being acknowledged by the servers. When my husband even asked to put an order in the server was not warm and walked away for another 5 minutes so we got up and left. We never complain and always love our dinners out but this experience definitely deserved a 1 star. The two servers that were on tonight could have at least acknowledged us and just said weâll be with you in a moment or sorry we are busy. Not impressed.
