I have been to many Boston Pizza locations and even used to work at one. My experience here was and is second to none. The manager is great and the staff members are kind and friendly. One fun feature at this location is a robot cat that brings out your food too. My kids love that aspect here. Thank you for the great service and great experience. I prefer this location over any other location that is nearby.

Decided to stop for lunch during a Calgary trip and was absolutely amazed! We were in and out of there within an hour easily (and that's taking our time!). We were immediately seated and serviced very quickly. Our food was almost out right away and it was the best Boston Pizza I've eaten at! The server was super friendly, and took our dirty dishes in between check-ins. Overall wonderful service for an establishment in a busy city!

We ordered pizza delivery to the other side of the mall, to KidStrong, for our daughter’s birthday party. The driver had no idea what he was doing and couldn’t find the location for over 15 minutes — even though it was in the same mall, just at the back of the building. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable.
We tried to guide the driver, explaining that he only needed to drive around the parking lot, but it didn’t help. In the end, my husband had to give the address of a nearby store and run out to meet the delivery car himself. The driver behaved as if this was his first time ever delivering pizza.
I’m honestly afraid to imagine what would have happened if we had ordered to a different location — the pizza probably would have arrived cold with a 40-minute delay. Very disappointing experience.

We came here Saturday night with our two kids and were seated in what clearly became known as the section forgotten. We had to ask the hostess twice where our server was, and after 20 minutes he finally came over to us. We ordered drinks and within 5 minutes the kids had theirs but we didn’t get our drinks until after our food came (30 min later) and we had to ask for the third time where ours were. Half of my husbands fries were spilt on the floor (not by us) and we were told more would be coming but they never did. We didn’t get a cookie for the kids meals and I told my kids we would just buy them ice cream somewhere else as who knows how long it would take to get dessert at this point. The whole time we were there the server had comped 2 other tables meals due to him royaly messing up, it was so hard to watch and hard sitting there watching the disaster unfold. We finally got our bill and he still asked us how the service was , to which is was almost laughable at this point. Probably the most anxious and annoyed I have ever been getting dinner. We left and went elsewhere to have a couple more drinks and get the kids dessert.

Was served rancid fish tacos. Had to spit my 1st bite into my napkin. Manager came over to tell me it was likely the cumin they use. I must not be a fan of cumin. It tasted rotten. Lol. I’m familiar with cumin and use it often.
