Caesars spot on, perfect Guinness pour, steaks cooked exactly as requested, and Parker the server was amazing.. attentive, kind, funny and knowledgeable!! Totally recommend!!

I went on this location on 29 October 2024 with my friend on my birthday and the food was awesome and the guy who served us “Emron” was so good at the customer service he really made my day by providing us the great food and greatest customer experience to me and my friend.

Went to BP’s with my family and waited over 20 minutes at our table without even being acknowledged by the servers. When my husband even asked to put an order in the server was not warm and walked away for another 5 minutes so we got up and left. We never complain and always love our dinners out but this experience definitely deserved a 1 star. The two servers that were on tonight could have at least acknowledged us and just said we’ll be with you in a moment or sorry we are busy. Not impressed.

Just dropped in for a beverage with a long time friend of mine who calls BP his Bar. Renee behind the bar was delightful and lots of fun. Great Atmosphere to watch Presidents Cup on TV.

I’ve been to different Boston Pizza’s in the past. However, this one in particular has some of the most caring staff. Specifically Mackenzie (management) was extremely helpful while being polite when I had an issue with my dessert. Without question, she brought me a new dessert and, to my surprise, didn’t charge me when I went to pay. She and the other staff members made my experience absolutely exceptional.

This is by far the best Boston Pizza in the city! The service here is phenomenal and it’s always a pleasure to be helped by the manager Mackenzie, she’s very attentive, welcoming, and always helping out with tables and her staff. Came here with my family last week and our food and service was amazing as usual. Highly recommend!! It’s good every time.

I’ve had the pleasure meeting Mackenzie! She made sure my family and I were taking care of, especially frequently coming to our table if we were needing something. I’ve never met a manager so very passionate about what she does! Honestly, this is so far my favourite location to eat at. Amazing service, great atmosphere & yummy food! I highly recommend
