Was served rancid fish tacos. Had to spit my 1st bite into my napkin. Manager came over to tell me it was likely the cumin they use. I must not be a fan of cumin. It tasted rotten. Lol. I’m familiar with cumin and use it often.

What a disappointment. We walked into an empty restaurant (with extremely bright lights) and were the only guests seated in the lounge. After ordering wings, they arrived in just four minutes—cold. We sent them back, and they returned in another three minutes. When we asked whether the wings had simply been dropped back into the fryer instead of being remade, Parker (our bartender) openly confirmed, “Yeah, but the sauce is new”.
A concern as chicken wings usually take 7–10 minutes to cook properly, and the experience reflected a clear lack of care and integrity. On top of that, the bartender spent several minutes stuffing envelopes for a lifting promotion behind the POS while we sat with empty drinks. After waiting ten minutes without service, we decided against ordering another round and asked for the bill instead.
When the bill arrived, the wings were still included. When we questioned it, we were asked if we wanted to speak with a shift supervisor (as a manager was not present) —we declined and paid.
For a business with only one table occupied, we expected much better—especially from a brand as large as Boston Pizza. The integrity and brand standards simply weren’t there.
