Edit - they did admit there system had a glitch and refunded one of the purchases and allowed me to return the other for re- routing to the correct address. It shouldn’t have taken this much trouble to have something rectified and now the birthday gift will be late so still not really impressed.

I am not one to write reviews but I simply had to mention how wonderful Meg was. Such a respectful and kind young lady more than willing to help with all my shopping even though it was fairly busy. She answered all my questions with ease and was very patient. Thank you kindly.
