Their online ordering website will automatically charge you a "municipal packaging fee" even if it's just a pizza box which doesn't fall into the paper bag category. There is no option to request no bag and they tack the 0.15 charge on every order. The bylaw clearly states you can only charge the fee if a bag is requested. The default option should be no bag, and no fee. This is clearly an oversight on Boston pizzas part, be sure not to pay it if you didn't request a bag and/or are only getting an order that doesn't require one.

It is rare for me to be motivated to comment on service but Nikki R was our server this evening and I was parenting alone with our two pre-school aged children. They were starting to get restless and it may seem small but when Nikki came back with our bill she had lollipops for the kids. What was more impressive is that she hid the lollipops from them and asked me first if they could have them.I appreciated this action because if the kids saw the candy I would probably have a meltdown on my hands (they already had too many sweets for the evening). She anticipated my needs and that is rare these days.As an alternative, Nikki offered our children stickers (which they loved).Thank you, Nikki!Kid-friendliness: The menus is great value - I find the staff to always be very attentive to our children.

Was there to celebrate a birthday and a wedding of friends. Pizza lacked proper cheese and was filled with a lot of onions. Other items were up to Standard. For dessert parts, usually there is a free dish. It's not worth going to this place, though. Too sweet brownies.

Always seated right away and receive fast, friendly service. My only complaint is they use the same fryer for everything, so the fries and chicken fingers were too spicy for my daughters liking the past couple times we went. We mentioned it to the server, and she let us know they fry the spicy appetizers in the same grease, so that is the reason for it. We won’t be ordering those meals again.
