That being said this place isn't so bad. I've been dragged against my will here several times and didn't even try to climb the walls to escape.
They don't let too many people in, and the big patio gives you a place to go take five deep breaths if you are starting to feel like the bottom lobster in the seafood boil.
I don't want to come back, but if I'm forced to, I will.

Got the “best wings ever” and in-house Gold beer. Although I got the honey garlic wings, I think the way the wings are fried, their crispiness really shone through with their dry rubs! Also, the 5$ beer specials were perfect for getting through an evening with eastern Canadians that have more stories than the Burj Khalifa. Great place to go with indoor and outdoor seating options.

We were excited to bring a guest from out of country to visit our local pub. She was mistreated by our server and it was a very sad and unfortunate experience. We were once regulars but will no longer return.

The food is good, but nothing mind blowing. Service can be slow if you go on a busy night, but is always friendly.
Let's be honest, I've only gone on Bingo night, and it's always a blast. It's busy, it's loud, it's fun! Prizes vary, winning is the goal, and the hosts do a fantastic job at making some puns. It's a blast and I give it a 5/5 for atmosphere!

Okay so visited 2 days straight as Claire was the most amazing server I’ve ever had. Seriously service was off the charts, she remembered our orders the next night which was nice but seriously her super witty humour was off the charts. She was an absolute gem and if I was local this would be my regular go to spot. Thx for the great experience
What a blast from the past. This is a historic Calgary Watering hole. They have been open for 35 years, I'm guessing. I hadn't been there in over 25 years... Good food and service, the atmosphere is a little dated. But that's not what you're going there for. They have a menu packed full of beers from all over the world. The Around The World In 80 Beers Passport looks like a good way to sample beers from all over the world. Having a year to complete also makes it manageable for those lighter drinkers. Count me in. Cheers 🍻
