We asked fir blackened prine rib, they forgot to do it and ran out of prime rib to cook another one. The price rib we got, was nothing special

This is our local pub. When we go, never busy and never empty. Service is comfortable, food is really well done pub standards. Calamari varies a bit with cook and is always great. Mashed potatoes are properly drowned with butter, gravy is great, beef barley soup tastes like it came from a nice vat.

Nice pub inside, nice server/bartender, food was good pub food. However, when ordering the beef dip, got charged $5.95 to add bacon and $5.95 to add cheese. $12 to add 2 slices of bacon and 2 slices of cheese???? Beef dip became a $29 entree. I’ll just make it at home for that price.

Lived in the city about a year now and seen this place daily on the way to work so decided to try it out. It was amazing, the burger was the best I've had.

I’ve been a regular on and off at bull and finch for a while now, and up until recently, I’ve had no real complaints. It’s your standard neighborhood bar, but it’s comfortable, and I enjoy the atmosphere and MOST of the bartenders. However, my most recent visit completely soured my experience.

I had been enjoying a few drinks with friends and playing on the VLT machines and won a pretty good amount, when I went to the bartender (I think his name was Steve) to cash in he handed me 20$ short of the total amount ands claimed it was a “tip”. I’ve never had this happen at any other bar I have ever been to.

This was so unprofessional and honestly pretty embarrassing. I’ve worked in the service industry myself and i know this is not a standard practice. I went back the next day to mention it to someone else but the manager wasn’t there, from the reaction of the other bartender it seems like this is a pretty regular thing. I am amazed at how he still has a job.

I don’t plan on returning anytime soon, and I’ll definitely be spending my money at bars where the staff knows how to treat their regulars with respect
