The Dubai chocolate is super yummy and always tastes fresh! Staff is super sweet and welcoming! 🥹🍫
* ALWAYS CHECK THE POS! We stoped here looking to treat our kids at a local shop. We looked around and asked about the price of some mini cookies. We asked the price and were told $6. At the till we were charged $8. My wife caught it before she paid, and asked the man at the till about the discrepancy. The man told her the price was $8. She paid, not wanting to make a scene. But both my kids and I also heard him tell us the price was $6. It was 6 mini cookies in a medium size cup with a small container of Nutella on the top. the cookies were just a little larger than a toonie. My daughter enjoyed the cookies but The experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
I popped into the bakery to ask about gluten free products and Vibhor suggested I try the focaccia and it was so delicious! So surprised something gluten free was so yummy. They will be getting all my GF orders going forward! Can’t wait to try other desserts. Thank you Vibhor!
Amazing
Been meaning to stop by for a while. Glad I stopped today! I got a fresh loaf of bread, and some cookies. Strawberry cheesecake cookie...yuuuuum!
Ist visit. Owner is lovely. Wasn't a fan of the cookies to be honest. High quality goods, but pricey for my budget......I would definitely recommend if you can afford it........
We ordered two cakes one cake was a cookies and cream cheese cake and one was a carrot cake, the most amazing cakes I have ever had.
Found this cute little gem, and tried their YYC Hot Chocolate Submission!! It is definitely one of my top favorites, the Blueberry flavor works so well as a hot chocolate, they did AMAZING!
You can tell this place is authentic and handmade, all their products look like there made with love. We picked up some macaroons as well, and i cannot wait to try them. Many people were coming in and grabbing bread, all of their stock looked so fresh. I'd love to come back and try more of their baked goods!
Surprised to find a local bakery that is open a little a later in the evening. By the time I visited, the selection from the display case was more limited , but I still purchased a carrot cake slice to try. The carrots are shredded so they still have a bit of a bite/texture. The cake was tasty, with a somewhat dense and chewy texture as opposed to crumbly. The frosting on top is amazing too, it’s not too cream-cheesy and after refrigerating overnight, the frosting didn’t harden (like American buttercream would). The cinnamon/spice amount is not very strong and overpowering, more subtle.
I would revisit to try other items! 😊

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Love Sugar and Dough, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment you walk in, you’re embraced by the warm, comforting aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. The owner and head baker, Vibhor, has clearly poured his heart and soul into this place, and it shows in every detail.
Every item I tried was a true work of art. The croissants were perfectly buttery and flaky, with a delicate crunch on the outside and a soft, airy texture on the inside. And the cakes? Pure perfection — light, moist, and beautifully decorated. You can tell that only the finest ingredients are used, as each bite was bursting with flavor and freshness.
But beyond the exceptional quality of the baked goods, what truly made my visit special was the warm hospitality. Vibhor is a true artisan, and his passion shines through as he personally engages with customers, eager to share his love for baking and offer recommendations. He takes a genuine interest in making sure each customer feels at home, which is rare to find.
If you're looking for a bakery that combines outstanding products with heartfelt service, Love Sugar and Dough is a must-visit. I’m thrilled to support a local business where quality and care are clearly prioritized. Thank you, Vibhor, for such a wonderful experience — I’ll certainly be back for more!

I finally found a bakery, that would make Onion Buns for me. They were a hit with our family, back in the 80's, and were made in a bakery in the S.E., but this establishment has gone. I could not find any bakery or grocery store that would make them or carry them. Love Sugar and Dough, were kind enough to prepare a specialty order. They were a hit with everyone in the family.
They are great people, very kind and very respectful. Thanks again, Ann

Have stopped here twice now and bought a variety of items - cakes, cookies, pumpkin bread, buns, cheese buns, croissants, cheese crackers. The only thing I'd give a pass is the croissants (they were ok but not great). Otherwise, everything is absolutely delicious. The cakes, however, are where they really shine. We've tried 4 different types of the individual cakes and I cannot describe how yummy they were - everything about them was perfect. We saved some of them for 3 days and they were still great. Service has been patient and friendly as we have gone through all the choices of desserts!
The complex they are in is quiet so parking is convenient.
