Very friendly lady and chinese Burger was very tasty.
Great food and very authentic! The sour & spicy noodles were flavorful, the roujiamo was fresh and delicious, and both the beef bun and the chive & egg bun were soft with plenty of filling. Friendly service and good prices. Will definitely come back!

iBaoza is a hidden gem with a welcoming lady running the shop. Their Rougamo Chinese burger is a must-try, while the bao buns are exceptional. Not just baos and burgers, but their homemade dumplings are also a highlight, with a thick wrapper and juicy, well-seasoned filling. The shop owner even teaches customers how to cook the dumplings for the best texture. The buns weren’t too salty, the meat filling was just the right amount, and the dough was soft and chewy. Their Chili oil was perfect! The owner is very friendly and helpful. The menu may not be extensive, but everything tried has been consistently delicious. Sometimes parking is limited, so calling ahead to place an order is recommended. The take-home frozen dumplings are made with care and love, perfect for stocking up at home. iBaoza is a favorite spot for bao lovers in Calgary, offering delicious and unique dishes worth supporting.
