Cant follow simple instructions with allergies, i had requested through uber for a plain burger and twice in a row got a burger with ketchup which i am unable to have due to allergies. I called the restaurant and all the “manager” who i know isnt the manager pick up the phone and after conversing all he could say was “sorry about that”
If your employees cant read and follow instructions maybe they should do something more simple like a paper route
