We made a mistake and sat outside on their patio genuinely thinking it was a general area. It wasn’t until they were closing that a super kind young woman named Claire came up to us and gently let us know they are closing and if we could please help her since she’s cleaning up. I was so embarrassed that we had occupied a spot at their restaurant and now they had closed. But I was so impressed at how the establishment showed such rare grace and allowed us to sit there without showing the least bit of annoyance. I will be back here to support the business during open hours to reciprocate their rare kindness. It’s so rare nowadays. God bless Claire and the whole team!

Food is really bad. The chicken tenders feel like they are microwaved. No crunch, not smooth either, just soggy chicken. I only come to this place for their extra spicy chicken tenders. It tastes bad, like chemicals, but these tenders are fun for spicy food challenges. Not a tasty place to eat but definitely a fun one if you like extra spicy food and if your up fir a challenge.

If you love spicy food, this is the spot for you! They offer a great selection of spicy sandwiches, ranging from mild to extra hot, so there’s something for every spice level. Since it was my first time, I tried the medium version, and I absolutely loved the flavor—it had just the right kick and was well-seasoned.
The prices are reasonable for the quality, and the customer service was great. My only minor issue was that the burger was a bit on the oily side, but overall, it was a tasty and satisfying meal. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a spice lover!

I just ordered a Mild tenders, but they again gave me the most hottest tenders ever.This is the second time they did this. I am allergic to spices and that was not cool. Never buying from them again.

Wow spicy! I got the hottest level of the Burnin Animal Fries with Chicken Tenders, and I am crying it’s so hot. I can handle a lot of heat but this is tough, but good. I guess I should have believed the spice level.

Three of us dined in on a Thursday night at Burnin Bird just before closing and it was a wonderful experience. We ordered coleslaw, chicken tenders, crinkle fries, and macaroni, and everyone was satisfied. The four chicken tenders (mild/medium x2) were probably the best deal for us and were cooked to retain a lot of moisture. The spice was very tolerable, but we also ordered one of the maximum and second-hottest spiciness levels and they were extremely hot, too much to enjoy, but glad to have tried it. The front counter server, Abby, was very personable and kind, and even brought me a water when I initially refused and she saw my face start to show it... Thank you Abby and Burnin Bird staff, God bless you!
This place makes one of the best chicken sandwiches!! The batter is very very tasty, juicy chicken and all the other ingredients are spot on!! Fries are crunchy but soft inside, not salty. I recommend trying their chicken!! We tried medium hot sauce and it gives a very flavourful kick, it compliments the meal. We’ll be back!

Fantastic quick bite at Burnin Bird at Nashville Hot Chicken. I've had a few of these sandwiches in the past but this one was AWSOME! I don't like super hot/spicy so I went with Med Hot. Brioche bun is perfect touch and coleslaw balanced out the spice perfectly. Upon suggestion of owner Dan I did end up needing at least 4 napkins! Easy menu ordering, fair prices and friendly service. Highly Recommend!

Was excited to try this place as I love Nashville hot chicken. I ordered the extra hot three piece strips and they definitely can as advertised. While the heat level was fine, I really didn't like the flavour of the and the strips were really dry and appeared to be overcooked.
