My partner took me here for my birthday, and this is my first fine dining experience so I feel like rookie. The service was fantastic. We ordered the French onion soup, which I didn't care for, but my partner loved it, then we both loved the ceasar salad, and I honestly think the tone was one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly.

Great steaks house in downtown Calgary. Had a reservation for Sat evening, place was busy Really nice wait staff - helpful and patient. Menu and wine selection quite good - variety was nice to see. Food - very tasty, good range of options. Dessert - worth saving room for! Would definitely repeat for this place

Absolutely terrible experience with Caesar’s Steakhouse in Calgary.
I called to make a reservation for six people at 5:00 PM. The staff took my credit card and said there would be a $50 cancellation fee. Right after that, I asked if they had a high chair — they said no. Since we have a baby, we obviously couldn’t go without one, so I cancelled within 30 seconds of booking.
Then they still told me they would charge the $50 fee! That’s completely unreasonable. I didn’t even have time to hang up the phone, and I’m being punished for something that’s not my fault — they simply don’t have a high chair.
I was ready to bring my whole family to dine there, but their attitude and lack of understanding were shocking. First and last time dealing with this place. Terrible customer service.

We enjoyed a delicious meal served by our waiter George. He was friendly and attentive without hovering. My husband had the steak sandwich and said it was cooked exactly as he likes it. I had a bite and found it really tender. I chose the scampi which was very tasty. We shared the apple pie for dessert and left replete. I would recommend Caesar’s as a lunch spot and now plan to try it out for dinner as well.

So delighted to have spent one of our last nights in Calgary here - simply one of the best steakhouses we've ever been.
The rib eye was so good it was picked up and eaten off the bone not to waste one bit. The tableside caesar salad was perfect, as was the bread, baked potatoes, langoustines and our delicious desserts!
But what made it special was the atmosphere and service. Much love to Misha, one of the best and kindest servers we've had. I also forgot to get the name of the lovely server from Colombia, who was also great. But everyone was kind and went out of their way for us. Truly felt welcomed, and added to the classic atmosphere. Very affordable too, especially for us from NYC and Toronto. No wonder they've been so successful for so long!
Will definitely be my first stop when back in town. Have to take my husband here!

Favourite restaurant. The food is perfect, and would be enough on its own. The fact that the atmosphere is so warm and open while being intimate, and the service is present without being overbearing makes this place a diamond in the rough. Lehsen took amazing care of us, always there to support small requests or wine top-ups, while also giving us privacy. Our evening was intimate and very enjoyable. Will be coming back often.
I called to move our reservation same day, they told me no problem. I told them that if I was going to be charged, we would happily come in. They told me I would not be charged and that I had nothing to worry about. Then they charged my card $500 - $50 per person, for a reservation of 10 people.
I called, and called, and called, and they never followed up. They admitted that it was their employees mistake (to move the reservation, she told me there would be no penalty) yet ownership refused to refund me.
I have emails and Caesars left me voicemails to prove it - but this restaurant and these owners are thieves as far as I’m concerned.
500$ USD for services not rendered. Take your business elsewhere. Not accountable, thieves. Liars.
