My wife order today at @11:40am with 3 items (soup, 2 noodles) and was told 15-20 min. I got there at 12pm and said it wasn't ready but paid for the order anyway. Went out and came back at 1:07pm and the staff said it was not ready. I waited till 1:16pm and it's still isn't ready. I went out and came back again at 1:21pm and again was told food was not ready.
