I was order a pizza and 11 pm we ask can we eat inside ... answer he told me we already cleaned the table eat outside off the shop again I ask we will cleaned cuz outside is raining very simple told the owner is not allowed to eat inside this is the costumer service the offer

Very DISAPPOINTING experience. The pizza was extremely thick and doughy, and the toppings did not taste fresh. On top of that, our order was INCORRECT we ordered a half donair, half chicken pizza, but the chicken was REPLACED WITH PEPPERONI!? What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When we called about the mistake, the staff were Unapologetic and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, we were told to provide a photo and bring the pizza back, even though it had already been delivered to a family member in the hospital earlier that day. poor customer service and a lack of empathy and understanding. WE WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! Mind you NOT one apology was given...

VERY disappointed with both the service and how this issue was handled. We ordered a half donair, half chicken pizza for a family member in the hospital, but the pizza arrived without the chicken half we had ordered. When we called to explain the mistake, we were asked to provide a photo and bring the pizza back. Unfortunately, the pizza had already been delivered to the hospital earlier this morning by my mother, so neither option was possible.

I understand that businesses need to verify complaints, but given the circumstances, I expected a little more understanding and compassion. Instead, the staff were rude and dismissive. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is about how those mistakes are handled, and this experience was very disappointing.

The pizza was very bad both in taste and in quality of baking.
Donair pizza was like two days old ground beef pizza with bad crust. Something was wrong like the place was very unhygenic and the food too.

Could use better packaging for the fries. Ordered through Ubereats and they were so soggy and disgusting we had to throw them out 🤮

Great spot for take out pizza and fried chicken. A pizza usually takes less than 20 minutes I’ve had times where it would be ready in 10. Not much of a place to sit, service is good and food is amazing.
I ordered a 10” pizza today and it was well worth $12. Only reason for not getting a 5 star is because the seats and the tables are usually dirty. Workers can do a better job at greeting they’re customers as well.

Surprisingly incredible pizza. For those who enjoy salty and savoury flavours these pizzas are perfect. While I find the dough to be on the softer side compared to other pizza places, I find that to be a quality and I’m sure others will. With a great selection of toppings most would struggle not to find something they like. Their preparation time could be a little on the longer side as compared to other places but it’s never too long, and all worth the quality you get. While I personally wasn’t a big fan of their wings due to less sauce then I would’ve liked. That comes down to personal taste, others will enjoy them. All in all, an excellent choice for a pizza night trying something new above the quality of the popular chain stores.
