Food was terrible. We went here for lunch one day and the chicken wings were horrific. They were so dry and tasted like cardboard. They tasted like they were fried earlier and then fried again to warm them up. I ate 2 of 8 wings and left the rest on my plate. The prices are also outrageous for what you get. Probably the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Definitely would not go back. The owner responded to my husband claiming we ate almost everything, that is a lie, we sent back almost everything. Please don't lie, people have phones, people have pictures. The food is horrific and the other reviews speak for themselves. Your employees look miserable, you should treat people better. If you lie on your responses Google reviews, I can only imagine how you treat your employees that they look so unhappy to be working there.
We were nice to our server because she was nice to us and we told her the food was horrible. We also told her it was not her fault as she is only bringing it out to us, it's not like she cooked it herself.
Since ownership has changed the Google reviews got bad.

Went there tonight for my birthday meal. It was absolutely freezing cold, and our waitress was terrible. She took forever to take our orders. When I told her we were in a hurry and asked for our bill, she left the machine on the table beside us. We were done eating for 15 minutes, and she still didn't return. We ended up just grabbing the machine and making the payment. Like wow. Thanks for ruining our evening!

The food was very good, time, warm enough and well served, the beverage were fair cold, the calamari good cooked not over fry just on point.
Parking: This Chili's iris pub are well located in open mall with plenty parquing area.
Ordered beer and parm fries. Decent menu and happy hours after 9pm. Friendly staff always visit if we need anything! Such a welcoming atmosphere to chat and just have a drink.
