A great italian restaurant that has an ambience of sophistication but in no way stuffy or aloof. Service is excellent and the menu is well thought out with some of the most flavorful foods that i have had in a while. One of my favorites for sure.
The food and service were excellent. Our server was extremely attentive without being intrusive. His timing was impeccable. He didn't come by when we had our mouths full and he didn't pressure us to order. He waited until we were ready. I was impressed that he brought a steak knife that matched my dress which shows that he was observant as,well. As for the food, the portions were pleasantly large and delicious. I had the duck which was cooked to perfection!

Centini’s - especially the High Top tables overlooking the kitchen- has long been a favourite Italian Restaurant for us when there is an event downtown. The quality of ingredients, attention to detail from everyone in the kitchen, as well as highly informed and professional staff always make for a wonderful night out. We just learned they are celebrating two decades of service and we are proud they have been able to weather all the economic uncertainty with style and grace! An excellent choice for business or to press a special someone.

In the past, food has always been excellent. Brought 3 friends aa I have touted always having excellent food here. Unfortunately last night, 3 of 4 of the meals were just ok. A mushroom Risotto costing $34 should be excellent! Disappointed this time around!

Food was very good for the price point, however service was lacking. Dinner felt rushed, when asked for recommendations our server had little insight and overall attention wasn’t up to par. It’s a competitive restaurant market and our experience was not excellent.

Overall, a wonderful experience. The restaurant was fairly busy, but atmosphere was relaxing and the service was excellent. A pre-dinner was pleasant albeit maybe a bit watery as if made in a warm shaker Appetizers were excellent - scallops were perfectly cooked with accompaniments that really made them shine. The beef carpaccio was simple and delicious. My wife's veal tortellini with ragu bolognese was superb - rich and flavorful. My dover sole meunier was tasty, albeit overpoweringly salted. The meter Lemon tart was delicious. A couple hiccups but definately worth another try.

As usual, we had an excellent meal! The fact that we were never rushed to leave is also a big plus. It is an excellent place to enjoy an excellent meal while enjoying the company of friends.

Centini's continues to be excellent on all fronts. The quality of the pasta always impresses me, in particular . I also appreciate a really nice range of types and prices of wines on offer.

The server was fantastic. The lemon tart was excellent. However, Carbonera was not good. Basically extremely salty and that was the only flavour. I ate it because I was starving and in a schedule . But normally, I would not have eaten it. 
I was using a gift card from a previous poor experience - being late for a theatre show. And this was a much better experience- our server was wonderful and attentive and the food was great.
Chose this restaurant for our monthly dinner with friends. So glad we did! The food was delicious (we ate family style which was a great idea), the ambience was fantastic (felt like a grown up restaurant), the service was great and the dessert was absolutely 10/10! Highly recommend this fantastic restaurant and will definitely be back. *parking in the parkade at the Telus Convention Centre is your best bet.
