I ordered 2 Half mozza.. one with no topping. And one with ramen toppings. However the ramen, was just full hot dog and no Mozza. It taste good but just a little disappointed.

The full cheese hot dog is SO fricken good. By far my favorite! Get it topped with sugar and it's a match made in heaven.The staff at the front were a little rude, but other than that it was a homerun.Highly recommend stopping in to order - it's not the same quality if you order ahead for pick-up

I like the customer service here. They have friendly staffs. The lady took my order was supper friendly and patient. She explained all the toppings and smiled with customers. I only have a wish for food here. My sweet potato was a little bit burned. I hope they will pay attention for the toppings next time.

The service was really good, the person who served me was Khanh, he was really passionate about his job. The way he manages the food and serves people is professional.
This was extremely disappointing. We were there when they first opened and were very excited. Sad to experience that their environment and quality haven't changed much since the beginning.When we first came there, I expected the crowd this place was going to attract. I was expecting the mess. I didn't think the mess would translate to the kitchen too. The floor was beyond sticky and waxy, the counters were so oily that touching it seemed like I was going to break out, and the state of where they were frying was disgusting. This hasn't changed after a few months. I saw some of the workers that worked there from the beginning. They had the best attitude compared to the workers now. I can see why they left though. During then, the management seemed unbearable. They kept changing stuff and it all went downhill from there.Speaking about the food now, a year ago my wife ordered the chicken nugget hotdog and I ordered the chicken hotdog. I thought that they had an off day but when the worker pulled out the chicken hotdog from the bag, it looked slimy and had white residue. I was worried about eating it! and when they opened the container for the chicken nuggets, it smelled so bad like it was moldy. We took it but never ate the whole thing.Another time we tried again, I went with my friend and ordered the 4 hotdog deal. They gave us BURNT hotdogs. Another disappointment. Cutting into it the cheese tasted off. At this point, I'm not surprised that it might even be moldy or have been stored incorrectly.After months of being traumatized, we tried it again. We heard with the addition of fried chicken and waffle fries, that this time would be a change. WRONG! The workers coming from next door and bringing the frozen food from there were so off-putting. Anyways, when we got the food it looked delicious this time. But biting into it, it all seemed very dry and old, you can taste the old oil they were frying everything in. And the girls serving us was extremely rude!All this to say that we HIGHLY recommend NOT to go here! Food was so terrible and the place was disgusting, the food inspection team needed to go there and shut the place down!

Gross.Edit: Got a reply from who I'd assume are the owners asking how they could improve their food and services but it's been the same for many months now.I saw the manager come in and yell at staff around a year ago and was disgusted at the sight. This is probably why the turnover rate at this place is so high. Everyone looks miserable. Treat your staff better and the place will reflect as a result.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon as I serendipitously happened to be in the area after drooling over the photos just a day earlier. Got the potato topping with some butter garlic powder and hot sauce. It was very very satisfying for a mid day savoury craving.

I do not know what is going on in your life that made you give me so much attitude when I was nothing less than polite to you. It’s inexcusable & unacceptable, no matter the circumstances surrounding your unprofessional demeanour. I hope you do not treat others like how you served me on this day.To management, please teach her how to practice professional mannerism in a work environment.

My eldest loved the rice hot dog from the SE location, so we came to this closer location.The store was quiet, and we got our fresh Hot Mozzarella pretty quickly. My daughter gave it a thumbs up. She enjoyed it. The rice batter is definitely better than the other ones. The mozzarella cheese was melted and very stretchy. She enjoyed trying to get as far a stretch as possible.
