It was my first time experience their hot pot and I was amazed by the ambience, their customer service and how clean the resto is. I was in love with the soup base of their hot pot it is tasty and you’ve got a lot of choices of soup base to choose from. I posted this photos in my fb and reels and some are curious to try it too. I would highly recommend you guys to try it. Thank you happy lamb for the great experience my family wants to try it too and see you soon.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Went there for dinner last Friday November 25th with a group of friends. One of my friends was new to Canada and had no idea about Tipping. She didn't tip so I told the waitress that I will tip when it's my turn, but I guess she didn't hear me, the lady at the register started shouting at my friend "WHY NO TIP" and throwing the debit machine at her to tip. Happy Lamb Hot Pot offers a great dining experience with fresh ingredients, flavorful broth, and generous servings. The price is very reasonable. Customers recommend the deluxe set and the Angus beef. The service is excellent, with hardworking and friendly staff who kindly arranged a table close to the buffet for a family with a child. The kids absolutely loved it. The restaurant has a good selection of items for the broth, though they could add more dessert items; there is an ice cream machine behind the counter that must be asked for. The buffet shuts down an hour before closing, but the broth is constantly refilled. The atmosphere is nice for hotpot lovers, full of happy families and positive energy, especially during special promotions like "Moms Eat Free" for Mother's Day.
