COBS Bread Bakery Kingsland

I’ve been going to the Cobbs on Elbow and 76ave for about the last 15 years and until today I’ve always had a great customer experience. Today (@10am) however, the young lady who was working the register was far from this. The scowl on her face expressed a grumpy and angry individual. Not one ounce of friendliness, huge chip on her shoulder. Certainly no way to treat customers. Possibly some training on how to greet people may be appropriate. Hopefully by the next time I go in, she would have had an attitude adjustment.

Have tried almost everything and Wife and I enjoyed … it all . We visit once a week . Breads are better than the Grocery Store Breads ?… 2 min drive of the highway … a must try if driving by .

I go to this specific cobbs to purchase my Challah for shabbat. They always find one for me that is lighter on the bottom to accommodate my need for softer bread. Every person who has served me there is always patient, accommodating, and kind. I really do think it is the best bakery bread store in all of Alberta.

These are the 2 girls working yesterday Monday Arpil 1st, the time was 6:15. This store closes at 7 as you can see in the first photo. Doors were bolted locked so no customers could get in. The one girl smirked as I tried and the other pretended to clean and ignore me as she sprayed the counter, till and packages of baked goods?!?!So, these 2 close and lock up to get out by 7 instead of closing at 7 then doing the clean up.I wouldn't want youth with this amount of disregard representing my company and causing a loss in revenue as a result. Shame.

Ham and cheese croissants are great. Total shame they don't have chia bread anymore. hopefully it comes back soon as otherwise i will go to willow park instead.
