Nothing has any flavor anymore. The pizza buns and the twists take like plain bread. The sweet ones with berries snd custard also have very little flavor. Disappointing and won't be back for those prices and zero flavor.
Great location with excellent sourdough and scones. However, the evening service could be improved. The staff tends to empty the bread trays well before closing time, leaving little variety for those of us stopping by after work. I would suggest the manager delay the final cleanup until just before the doors close.

I don't like to leave a bad review for a local franchise, but we bought a raspberry custard and ham and cheese twist on the 23rd and they were both SO tasteless and flavorless. Barely any filling in either one. You need to add more to your breads to keep them flavorful. We haven't been to this location in about a year but we were so dissatisfied. I won't be back to pay close to 10$ per item when they were such a disappointment.
I love the fresh goods. The bread is gone within hours because of the superior quality. The staff knows me and my likes.

Store manage declined to sell hog dog buns and dinner rolls for client’s request quantities by saying it’s their new rule that must buying whole package whatever they packed. I used to come to this place every week, sorry they don’t deserve my business anymore. I am living I between two COB’s store. I can honor the other store my business.

Ordered both the cheese and jalapeño pull apart and ham and cheese loaves today. Very stingy on the cheese - hardly had any cheese on either. At $9.50 a loaf, more could have been done.
Service was great though.

Food is great as always but service was weird. Was informed by the associate that I’m only a partial member… but I’ve already completed the online aspect. No worries there, I’ll figure it out. While privately talking with my husband about the situation a second male associate inserted himself into the conversation to further elaborate on the rewards program issue but was super condescending and started to mansplain what he thought the issue was. Love cob’s but not crazy about being spoken down too… even if buddy did have a cool accent. The female associate was kind, informative and not condescending though. She was a sweetheart.
