We have come here for years and have always loved the service and the quality of baked goods. Lately, since the new owners took over things have been off. I come and certain items aren’t ready yet or they are burnt and still trying to sell them. It seems no matter what time I come in there are issues. I’ve stopped going because it’s frustrating to make a trip for a specific item that used to be regularly ready and stocked, only to be told now that they will be ready in an hour or two or be handed a burnt bag of croissants. Something is being mismanaged here and I’m not wasting my time or money anymore.

Today is my birthday, and I love COBS cinnamon buns. Since you get a free cinnamon bun on your birthday, I went to the location near my house. However, my birthday wasn’t showing up in their system. I showed my ID to the cashier, but the woman who seemed to be the manager was dismissive. The cashier told her, “She showed me her ID — it is her birthday.” I noticed the manager roll her eyes. At that point, I was ready to leave, but the cashier kindly offered me a cinnamon bun anyway and wished me a happy birthday.

The baked good do not taste fresh and like they have been baked the day before or left of the shelves for to long. We got breakfast at 7:30 am this morning. I will start to go elsewhere to get baked good.

Very disappointed, has always been a great location we bought from often but this morning we came to get a couple breakfast treats for my son's birthday and the pastries were very obviously not fresh and had been frozen. Charging premium prices for this kind of subpar product is nothing less than intentional deception, the owner should be ashamed.

If you go in the morning the food will be an instant orgo. If you go at night it will just be okay…

I come to this location every other day and the service is great as always. However, under the new management the atmosphere has turned upside down. The new manager ( Indian male not sure what his name is) is very rude to his employees treating them with at most disrespect. Today is the second time I’ve seen this, someone has to stand up to these wonderful employees. (P.S cheers to Payton always have a smile on her face and fantastic customer service.

Great place for buns and pastries. Love the fact that kids get their fun buns for free. I love the pumpkin spice scones as well as their cranberry white chocolate chip. Their fresh bread toasts up amazingly. The staff is always helpful as well.
