Service tonight was so slow - no one warned us it would take so long. we have not been to this Swiss chalet to a while but this was awful slow service. not sure what the issue was but we had 2 young kids and trying to keep them entertained for over an hour was hard.
next time we'll ask what the wait time is for food!!!.
