Great customer service
Jun is really nice, and I really love to go there always they really friend and the costumer service is good also.
Very poor service.
Waited way too long to be acknowledged by staff, there's a sign that says self-order, I tried to order and pay at register but staff looked at me and ignored my presence, I wait 7 minutes before walking out, lost a paying customer due to staff negligence and rude staff, I went out of my way to come to this location, arrived 40 minutes before closing
I go to Cocos a lot and I've never had this experience at any other location across Canada except for here
