My favourite flavours of bubble tea and they always make it perfect. Beautiful clean and comfy location.

Thank you for the help from Percy, He’s really a good person, I made a mistake on doordash order, which is supposed to deliver to me, but somehow it become a pickup order and I’m unable to pick it up.
Percy try to comfort me and offer me a free drink for next time.

Finally I decided to give it to my friend and my friend will pick up. But I appreciate what percy does, thanks!

Racist hiring practices from HR. HR straight up told me that they don’t hire black and misidentified me because of my last name. Then apologized because she didn’t intend to hire my kind because she thought I was Asian due my last name. Extremely traumatizing experience. I still get ptsd from that job interview.

CoCo is hands down our favourite place for bubble tea. We’ve tried so many spots, but we always find ourselves coming back here. The drinks are consistently fresh, and there are so many options to choose from.

The staff are always friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. It’s become a bit of a ritual for us—whether it’s a quick treat after work or a weekend stop, we never leave disappointed.

Highly recommend trying the brown sugar milk tea and the bubble Gaga! Can’t say enough good things—CoCo just hits the spot every time!

I deleted my previous review so I could share a fresh one — Google only lets you post once, and I wanted to reflect my most recent visit!

Big shoutout to Steffi and Jun for making tonight’s visit to CoCo downtown such a great experience. Steffi’s back on the night shift, and it was awesome catching her again. Both she and Jun were super friendly, efficient, and made sure our drinks were spot on.

Of course, I went with my usual — strawberry slush with white pearls — and, like always, it was perfectly made. Refreshing, full of flavor, and just the right texture.

Props also to Chy and Percy, who were working alongside and helped keep things moving smoothly. And a special mention to Janice and Archer, who made all my past visits amazing — this team really is the reason CoCo downtown is my go-to bubble tea spot.

Consistently great drinks and even better service. Highly recommend!

Got creme brule and it was delicious. Servers were speedy and kind.
