I love boba, I consider myself an enthusiast when it comes to this. But, the reason why this review is not a full 5 star is because my order wasn't blended enough. I ordered a large brown sugar slush with black pearls and everytime I took a sip I would be chewing ice.

I ordered thru phone app. It did said 20mins before I can pick it up.
Its pretty big store for a bubbletea place. It really caters for the teen crowd.
What i like is it accepts your debit visa card as mode of payment. Coz most needs real credit card.
The store is pretty clean. It is efficient. They do get a lot of online orders.

Very frustrating experience, zero star if I may.
I ordered on the self order machine hoping it is faster service than the queue but it was a mistake, ordered 2 drinks but the group of people who are far behind my order was served first. I checked with the cashier and I don’t even know why they couldn’t find it first, when they found it they are still serving other people instead of preparing my drinks, that’s what made me mad. The lady even told me because the machine was set up only 2 days ago, like I don’t even care, why setting up the machine without trying it first if it works?? That lady also doesn’t know how to handle complain, she showed me attitude first, she just said sorry the last time and offered a free drink, which I couldn’t take anymore, it just ruined my vibe the whole day! She also talking so rudely to the guy on the cashier that doesn’t know how what to do! Never ever use the self service machine!!

The workers clearly don’t understand the menu well. I order black sugar pearl latte and 30% sugar,which was supposed to have no tea and little sugar in it yet , yet I got a milk tea which is so sweet that I have to throw it away…

Zoey was extremely rude!!! The other workers were nice and friendly. Zoey lacks good customer service

Edit: Went here today and the pearls were not good. Did not taste fresh and was hard. Service also not good, felt very rushed ordering did not give me time to speak. Service could not handle busy store, they should add more staff because of holiday. 2 staff not enough.

These drinks just hit the spot! In love with the avocados smoothies. Great staff

Came here at 8/30 and noticed a worker cleaning the washroom and not washing their hands immediately after. It was very unsettling. After discussing this with my friends they also shared an experience at this same location where a lady was wearing her outside clothes and backpack, no uniform, in the front where they make drinks. Not very sanitary here. This used to be my go to bubble tea shop but now the service and drinks are mediocre at best. Downgraded Coco location, any other places are better now.
