I've been a regular customer at this bubble tea shop for years and have always enjoyed their drinks—until recently. Two days ago, I ordered a brown sugar pearl milk tea and, unfortunately, ended up with a serious case of food poisoning shortly after.
It's incredibly disappointing, especially coming from a place I've trusted for so long. I’m not sure if it was the milk, the pearls, or how it was handled, but something was definitely off.
I hope the management takes this seriously and checks their ingredients and hygiene standards. As much as I’ve loved this place in the past, I’ll be staying away for now.I might sue the company
Percy was so kind and professional! My daughter made a mistake with her order, but Pearcy listened patiently and remade the drink right away. He worked incredibly fast and made the drink perfectly — it tasted amazing! The pearls were chewy and delicious, and the milk tea was rich and smooth. I’m really satisfied!

Missing straw when i order uber eat
The drinks are solid CoCo quality you would expect. However, I’m writing review to complement the excellent service. There were a few times I showed up with my hands full with grocery bags and every time, upon seeing that, the sweet girls would take the extra effort to package my drinks securely such that it would be one less thing to worry about. Kudos on the thoughtful staff!
Always busy but always consistent. Pre ordering on their app helps a lot.
I love the fresh fruit teas here! My drinks will always be consistent every time I come here. Quality is great! And I love the aesthetic of the decor.
Came in today and had a great experience! The staff were really friendly and the brown sugar pearl milk tea was amazing. Will definitely be back!

I got 3 2 Ladies milk teas yesterday (30% sugar, no ice), and they all tasted like flavoured water. No richness, no flavor—just bland. Definitely not what I expected. Hope this gets looked into.

This place is awesome!
Total turnaround time was 25 minutes. Shop was busy. I have tried so many places but this one turned out to be the best one.
I don't typically do reviews but I am not happy. I have been waiting for my order for 30mins now. Saw people that ordered after me pick up their orders and when asking about my order it had not even been made and was lost.
