Best coffee I’ve had in Calgary by far. Authentically unique. They literally make it right in front of you. Their beans are from the Horn of Africa, which is where coffee first originated from.
Dietary restrictions: I’m gluten free and they have options
Kid-friendliness: My toddler is a well a toddler. But Molik has a kind and loving nature that calmed him down

Overall the tea I had was fine but maybe a bit on he pricey side and it's quiet and comfortable to sit and chat unlink busier coffee stores. However, my issues mainly lies with the staff and service.When I arrived it took a few minutes for someone to take my order, but they actually rung up the person behind me first even though I was at the till before them which was strange.As well, the staff isn't very attentive as during my time there were two separate people who had entered and ended up leaving without being served as all the staff were in the back unaware of the front.I also really disliked how their menu was digital and the screen only loaded for 30 seconds before going to the logo so it was hard to figure out what I wanted.

Disappointed. I always wanted to try this cafe thanks to the great reviews. But I came here a few times and everytime it’s closed even though it’s within their business hours. I gave them the benefit of doubt so I tried again today on a Saturday noon. Still closed. I’m not going to try again.

The worst coffee I had ever try. Staff was nice but I had one sip of each coffee I ordered and almost throw up. Milk tasted like it was expired. I didn’t know coffee could be messed up like this :/

Well the food was good. Loved their muwallah which is like an Arabic bread very similar to a paaratha. They can do much better by having some halal chicken options.

Basic coffee shop with decent very hot coffee prepared to order. We were only ones in the shop at 11:00 on a Tuesday and there was no baking available short of a few cookies. Would have been nice to have a treat as some of the other reviews had mentioned.

Careful and conscientious service is in abundance at Coffee Land. The Mocha was ‘piping hot’, hand made and frothy, and the Mulawah with Eggs was freshly made, delicious, and a steal at only $8. Service is not rushed or immediate, but here, like a quaint Parisian cafe, it is not meant to be, and patience is well rewarded with an understated yet astounding experience.

Saw it had good reviews but was disappointed in a few areas. There was no one there when I entered and waiting several minutes before someone came out. The TVs were off (which show the menus so I didn’t even know what options I had or prices), the banana bread was stale and dry, there was no music, and the entire place from the seating area to the kitchen were dirty and organized. No public garbage can, no music. On the plus side the prices are good.
