Been here and ordered via Skip many times. This is my favourite pizza in Calgary. The “What We Eat” and “Johns Pepperoni” are so good. Had to write a review this time though as they sent over FREE wings with my last order. So appreciate the excellent customer service and quality ingredients. 10/10, please stay in Calgary forever ❤️

We recently used Connie & Johns for a corporate event and we were incredibly impressed, both with the ease of getting the order set up and with the delivery and quality of the delicious pizzas. Our order arrived on time and was devoured by the attendees. Thank you so much! We’ll be back for sure!

I ordered off of Uber eats, there’s like light brown/blonde hairs in my pizza. So gross and disgusting, found it in 4 slices near the crust part. Trying not to throw up

Have tried their pizza a few times and it has been far below average both times and not something I'm keen to try again, but credit where credit is due: their garlic and cheese bread sticks are fire and the reason I'll eat here again. Wish they weren't so skimpy with dipping sauce, but wonderful bread sticks. Like 2 star pizza and 5 star garlic and cheese bread sticks

I went to dinner with my friends on july 31, we ordered pizza, garlic bread, and wings. I asked the server for hot sauce and and dipped my pizza into it. It was worse pain i’ve been in i was in tears at the restaurant usually im very good with hot sauce this was not a normal hot sauce. after finally feeling a bit better server came up to us and my friend asked her if she’s tried it she said no and that people usually think it’s okay. I read the label and it said to use with caution. This should not be served at a restaurant.

Quality has dipped dramatically but I think that is because they pay below average for cooks so you get what you pay for. I am from Detroit area and I recommend they go there first before trying to cook D style. Not even close.

First time having Connie & Johns pizza. The view from the top of the Simmons building is outstanding. I ordered a Detroit Style pizza with pepperoni and salami. The dough was soft and the edges were cheesy and crispy. The toppings were ok and the presentation left something to be desired. Overall this was a decent pizza. The service was good. I think I’d come back and try the NY style pizza sometime.

Finally went to check out the rooftop last weekend, and overall it was disappointing. Super cool location but the service and quality really let them down.
Took a long time for a server to come to our table and maybe this is just a pet peeve but on a hot day I want more than a little plastic cup of water especially when there's no shade up there - just leave the jug.
The pizza was also not as good as when I've ordered take out from here before.

Hello everyone my name is Susan and my opinion matters.
I visited this pizza restaurant over the weekend with my great niece and some of her friends from their softball team. To start off the seating on the rooftop was rather squished and uncomfortable, albeit they were rather broad shouldered girls. Also, no umbrellas? No shade whatsoever? Thank god I've retained a thick luscious head of hair (with very few grey hairs and no i do not dye my hair) or else my scalp would have been more singed than the blackened crust of our pizza pies!

Service was very slow initially. Especially in the heat and blazing sun a glass of water when we sat down would have been nice. Once the waitress finally came, the service the rest of the evening was MID.
I have had connie and jonnys pizza before and it was delicious, but what I received here was not the same whatsoever at all.
What we got here was mostly crust, at least a cubic foot of plain bread and a few toppings in the middle. It was very disappointing as I rarely indulge in such big back extravagancies but I was truly looking forward to a big wide slice of greasy cheesy pizza but no, I got a measly thing you'd expect to find in a low income school cafeteria. The detroit style was slightly better but still disappointing.
Overall quite let down by this establishment not living up to it's previous reputation. Perhaps I should have stayed home and had my usual tuna fish on rice cakes instead.

We really enjoyed our time here! Amazing views, and great ambiance. The food was delicious!

It was great! Pizzas were delicious and we got the 3 seafood dishes which were so unique from each other but all tasted great!

Love the rooftop. Thought music a little loud. Pizza is excellent. Tried one Detroit style and one thin crust. Kale Caesar salad was very good as well.

I do love this spot in the summer, and the beverages & food are great. This particular time though, the music was quite annoying, when you are in a serene spot and the music is loud & jarring it takes away from the enjoyment. As well we felt a little rushed through service, and it didn't seem necessary as there were many open tables.
