It was really nice inside the restaurant as soon as you walked in. We just got the poutine and carnitas tacos. Great service and beer! Also got a good espresso martini. Great service and had a great experience!

Our work team had a holiday celebration here and we were able to reserve a private dining area in the corner. Our server, Violet, was great in her suggestions and her attentiveness to the team. Everyone had great things to say about the food and the service. We are planning a return visit!

Had a our company Christmas Party at the South Centre location. Everything about the whole experience from booking our function to the function itself was top notch. Everyone raved about the food and the service was fantastic. Would definitely book another function there . Thanks to all the staff for a great experience

Service was great, but the food ! Like, i get that we are in a recession right now but filling up a taco more than a half way with rice and just throw a few chopped pieces of fish on top, seriously?! It's not my cup of tea, and it's not worth the money for sure !

WOW!!!! I have nothing but great things to say about craft. Every experience I have here is just absolutely fantastic. Not only is the food good it’s truly just the staff and atmosphere here. Everyone is always just happy and bubbly and always there and ready to help. It makes our stay so much more enjoyable to see the staff work together as a team and all in all just be a family. You can really see how hard they all work to make sure everyone’s stay is the best always. 10/10 will definitely be coming back.

Had a great time at craft last night. The server, Reese, was very fun and personable, and the atmosphere was very cozy. Wings were good, gravy was mid (but I am a gravy snob so… 💁🏻‍♂️)

If you have a large group DO NOT book here. Our team had a reservation weeks in advance. They offered us a teams menu which included a select menu for adults and a kids buffet style menu (options, pizza, poutine and chicken finger options). We could order off the main but it wouldn’t be guaranteed to be as timely as the select items (fair ask on their part given our size). The day before our reservation we received notice from the restaurant that they would not be offering the team options (buffet for kids) and that we would have to order off the standard menu (no preorders would be accepted). They offered us 10% off our bills for our inconvenience.

Our reservation was for 11:30am. Some members who arrived early were met rudely and told we would absolutely not be seated a minute before our reservation time. There was little to no other patrons in the restaurant. When 11:30 came and our group arrived they still didn’t seat us. We had our menu choices written down and we asked to provide to the kitchen asap to save time. Finally got seated upstairs (which had been empty the whole time). Food still took considerable time. Items missed or took forever. Other meals brought out multiple times. We worked really hard to assist the restaurant by providing early notice and order assistance. Our team was left scrambling to make it to our next commitment on time. We had more than 2 hours allotted for this lunch. We will not be voting for this location for any future group events. The staff member taking payment (same one to refuse to seat us early) apologized for all the “kerfuffle”. 🙄

PS. Last year we tried to come in with a group of 20 (to be fair it was just a walk in). The restaurant had hardly anyone in it and they refused to seat us as a group because groups need a reservation.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. Small company Christmas party, and we made a reservation for 10 people. Was dumbfounded when they seated us at two small circular tables with a diameter no more than 36 to 40 inches. Sufficient space for 4 people, crowded with six. No chance for 10 people to enjoy dinner comfortably. Thankfully customers next to us were willing to move, and we made it work with three tables, but it was very cramped. 30 minutes later, we received our first drink. I managed to order one drink in the three hours we were at the restaurant, I was only asked the once.

Unfortunately, one young man in our group was unwell. He’d had 3-4 drinks, and likely shouldn’t have, as he is currently suffering with an ulcer and something set it off. He had to rush to the bathroom twice as he was getting sick. When he didn’t feel better after the second episode, he headed home. Everyone in our group was stone sober, yet when we ordered a round of drinks to close out the evening, they brought water, never brought the drinks, and never said anything. 30 minutes later I had to find a server to ask what was going on, and they said they were told to ‘slow down the drinks’ because of the one individual in our party whom had been sick. We had been enjoying each other‘s company so the slow self service never bothered us, but this was the final insult. In 3 hours I believe they came to our table 3-4 times, including taking our order(s).

We always have a fun and memorable Christmas dinner. This one will be memorable for all the wrong reasons. I can’t believe how poorly run this establishment is. Zero class from the manager; whomever they are, never once came to discuss any of their concerns with me. Definitely won’t be back.
