Order 80+ mini cupcakes only to receive them flipped over. When ordering online there is no option to add bags. Attendant was more concerned about the bag charge then placing the cupcakes carefully (so they stay upright). When we opened all the boxes 30 yo 60% of the cupcakes were ruined. Do not order large orders at this location. I rather go to modern jelly doughnuts.

I can’t thank Chantelle and the team enough for helping me out. Absolutely just an unreal group! Highly recommend Crave!

Always great service! I've never eaten the cupcakes as I only buy boxes for the lady staff of my work every year for Valentines Day! The ladies always look forward to this annual treat!

Arrived shortly after opening bought a dozen assorted minis and 1/2 dozen assorted cupcakes. I wish I would have read the reviews as the minis shared at work and the cupcakes at home and at least 1/3 of them weren’t moist and fresh they were dry with hard buttercream and disappointing for the cost. The plus side was the courteous staff, and the atmosphere of the location is lovey.

For my birthday, my daughter ordered 6 specialty cupcakes, and we were super excited to try them for the 1st time. Unfortunately, disappointment set in when we found that they were not fresh. All but one, the Nutty Over Chocolate, were dry and the overly sweet buttercream frosting was overpowering. We expected better, especially based on the reviews and price.

Crave has my favorite cupcake, Nutty Over Chocolate. It is sweet without being cloying. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Quick and nice service and I love their vegan selection!

Great service and location. We had the red velvet, chocolate with chocolate butter cream, and chocolate with vanilla buttercream. I should have paid more attention while the cashier was getting them because one was supposed to be a vanilla with vanilla buttercream. The cupcakes are good for the most part. A little harder than I would like. They were even harder the next day which is to be expected, but these were very hard.I’ll definitely be visiting again. I just wish they would get a shop in the deep Southeast.

Way too expensive

I wish these weren't such a corporate default I'm sick of them, never liked them but now I'm bummed when I see them, it's not a treat to overpriced products from a company that under pays workers while I'm working, really reminds me of how underpaid we all are and how corrupt the system is.The quality had never been great but it's been getting lower over time. These are essential coloured lumps of sugar, flour, and oil, the markup is outrageous and the quality is non existent. Please don't bring them to things to office functions any more they're bland, overly sweet, nobody actually like them, we used to mindlessly eat them at work by now instead of being a distraction from work they're a reminder of worker exploration and how the government is using temporary workers to suppress Canadian wages.

Used to love them, quality has declined significantly.

Cup cakes taste like wage suppression and human trafficking. Would definitely buy again.
