Hi, we have been coming to this restaurant for a number of years now. Probably been 12 times in total, and in that time I have experienced the same things 75% of the time. Something comes out before other ordered items come out and it isn't in sequence. What I mean by that is many times we have had our entrees come out before the appetizers. Or our drinks come out after the appetizers. We order everything in sequence, and use words like for “starters” and “after”...
First time visiting surfy surfy, and it definitely did not disappoint. I'm a Concorde group supporter and this restaurant kept the high standards as other establishments. Really good experience overall.
I brought my staff for a Christmas outing and we were very disappointed all around. We went a few months ago and really enjoyed it, but not this time. The restaurant was pretty quiet when we arrived and there were lots of staff roaming about, but it took at least 15 minutes before anyone came over to offer us water or a drink.
