The electronic ordering system did not work well/ at all. I had to try a second one. The service person behind the counter was not helpful either and was very impatient to help me and a few others with their questions.My food also took 15-20 minutes to get to me despite it being a simple burger.None of the dining area was cleaned recently either.
I ordered online through the app, and was planning to eat my chicken in the food court. I was charged the municipal bag fee. While annoyed, I didn’t think much of it, since it was only 15 cents.When I got to KFC and let them know I had a mobile order, the nice lady working the counter asked if I would be eating in the food court, or needed a bag to go. I love kfc chicken and fries for an occasional treat, and it's amazing at how much they vary in different countries. This one was in the Chinnock shopping mall along with a number of other eateries. Not the best of all time, but pretty good!
