“I recently visited a Korean chicken restaurant, and I must say, the experience was amazing!
The chicken was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The portions were incredibly generous – you definitely get more than your money’s worth.
What really stood out, though, was the kindness of the owner couple. They were so warm and welcoming, which made the dining experience even better. They even have Soju and Makgeolli (Korean drinks) at $14.50 while other restaurants selling $18!
I highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for some great Korean chicken and excellent hospitality!“

Consistent quality. Courteous and friendly staff.
Just hope they don't follow KFC and make it blanket halal.
If they do it is game over for a lot of people who are not religious.

“The chicken burger here is amazing! Perfectly crispy, seasoned chicken and toasted buns that melded together with the sauce. The fries are decent and crispy. The flavour of the spicy pork was addictive and the dumplings were great, the only issue was that the rice was a bit mushy. We waited about 15 mins for our food at the nearby park. Service was very friendly and we definitely want to come back!“

“Tried the new Burnin Bird Nashville hot chicken Restaurant in Calgary. I had the hot chicken, it was really tasty and just the right heat. My wife had the medium and said it was just right for her. “I happened to come to Wind in it yesterday sep 7th 2024.never tried it before,so my friend and I thought why not.
Was I impressed with the lovely young lady who said she's new,but,was so friendly, professional, sincere. Anyway,we decide to try the chili. Was so much than I expected,very vell presented, very tasty. We want to try their coffe.I don't drink coffe,but I wanted to try..wow,haven't had a good coffee in a Long time,this is why I stop drinking coffe.
We stayed 3 houres,just order chili & coffee,yet the young lady stayed so friendly,.they were very busy the bill came,I was chocked to see how low was the price,the coffee was free...If i can I would give a million starto the owner, to the staff.,& the service we received
I wish I ask her name,I didn't tip her what she deserved.Trust me I will come back& I will tell many of my friends. Beyound words how happy we left with the most simple dinner we had.

“Popped in for an 18-bucket. One till filled, the other open. Fella from the drive-thru popped over to take our order and we were off in 5-7 minutes. Time enough for a potty break; the bathroom was super clean and presentable. Great service and pride in ownership.“

“When we first walked in we both looked at one another and made the comment at the same time......it smelt like burnt oil...not a good sign. We decided to still try it, thank gosh we did! The food was great, and the oil was fresh! The Haddock was my favorite, husband had the cod and really liked it. The fries were good too. The staff was so incredibly friendly and sweet. We will definitely be coming back again, I can't get over how delicious the Haddock was, the batter is so nice and light. The one downside is there are only 3 tables to sit at, I wish I could do some Feng shui or give it some more welcoming vibes for a sit down experience. But in the end the food quality is what matters the most and they sure hit it out of the ballpark for Fish and chips.

“Great food.Bbq fried chicken is 10/10 spicy & tangy.Chicken burgers are delicious and upto the point of subs taste. Excellent experience overall!

P.S: I would suggest to install few more seating arrangement.

The only downside since this was my 1st time going there I thought my meal would come with a drink i guess not . So that was the only downside about my visit. “I recently discovered Tugo and it has quickly become my go-to spot for take-out! The Korean fried chicken is absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They have a variety of flavours, but the honey butter coconut\ is my favourite. The rice bowls are also amazing, with generous portions and fresh ingredients.

I appreciate the quick service and the friendly staff who always make sure my order is perfect. If you're looking for a great place to grab a quick and tasty meal, Tugo is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!“

So walk across the street we did and ordered up some Korean fried chicken. I took the K Town signature, which is their take on regular fried chicken. It's what KFC should taste like. It's the crunch KFC should have. it tastes way better to. Truth be told, it's the best goddamn fried chicken I've ever had and I would have stayed in town a few days more, just to plow through their menu. It's that good.“

“Edit Nov 17/23 - I havent been here for a bit, usually go to the north Wow Chicken so I didnt know they changed their name and some of the menu. The lady was so nice! I asked about the name change, the new food items,she let us try some things. I always get the Gang Jeong space but she also gave me the Mala Buldak sauce to try - hhhoootttttttttt! Wow, only a little and I was sweating! As she gave it to me,she said she liked that sauce....good on you lol, that's a very hot sauce! We had the mozzarella K-dog with sugar to try, that was good too! We then had our usual lunch special. Little different with having a packet of bulgogi powder but it worked, and the chicken thighs were 3 large rather then some smaller ones. All good, nothing bad to say! This always was my favorite Wow Chicken location so I'm glad they stuck around and now serve even a little more under their new name!I cannot say enough about this place except that it is named very accordingly!! Between the sauce (spicy BBQ), the breading, the chicken.... It's amazing!!! Ordered the bulgogi fries....man! Crispy and full of flavor! My only regret was that I didn't try this sooner!!“
