“I got a 2 peice cod with chips and a fried chicken breast. The Cod was cooked perfectly, flakey and tender. The breading on both the fish and the chicken was delicious. Low grade slope from parking lot onto sidewalk. Door threshold wouldn’t be difficult to roll over.“

The Beef Bowl is hands down the best in flavor, and the bowls provide great value!We saw a grand opening special of $4 for any tacos and thought better try StrEATS now.We ordered the Baja Fish Taco, Beef Taco, Gochujang Chicken Taco, Buffalo Chicken Taco, Mango Shrimp Taco, Peri-Peri Chicken Taco, Jerk Chicken Taco, and Cajun Shrimp Taco. Yup, pretty much all but Chicken Taco (only because chicken is in most of them already).Of the tacos ordered, my favorites were the Peri-Peri Chicken Taco, followed by the Beef Taco. The Peri-Peri Chicken Taco had a nice flavor punch with juices running down your hands. The Beef Taco was made of slow-cooked shredded beef and retained the beefy base.The Fish Taco was also yummy and different from the rest. I would say start with this if my 2 favorites are not appealing to you.Team members were friendly and willing to chat. The owner was present and happy. I look forward to more tacos and perhaps trying other menu items.“
“The employees at this location are absolutely wonderful. Always have a big smile when I walk in and are always happy to accommodate my request for extra aioli on my tacos. Food is delicious and the lunch deals are great. If you sign up for their emails they send additional specials and extras that are worth it. Highly recommend!!“
“Riddhi suggested the gochujang chicken and the baja fish street tacos and I made it into a combo with a mini poutine and coke. She is a true artist! The tacos were absolutely delicious with loads of fresh toppings carefully placed and aesthetically pleasing to the eye, while the poutine was piping hot with lots of gravy and cheese curds. I would definitely come back!“

“Service was so awesome I want to come back! The host was crazy busy but still managed to treat everyone like they were special. So friendly! It was so busy because of a concert but we still had friendly service and the food came out fast. I had the stir fried beef recommended by our server and it was delicious and tender. My husband enjoyed his fish and chips. Overall it was a pleasant experience.“
“My husband and I visit Joey's Seafood Restaurant on Crowchild quite often and love to bring our friends and family. The restaurant is run by a very friendly couple: Peggy (who looks after the dining area) and her husband (chef in the kitchen). The service is always good??. You will receive a friendly greeting when you enter; the menu and specials will be explained; the food is delicious; the fish is lightly battered; and the fries are a generous portion. You can tell that all the ingredients are fresh from the first bite (even the dipping sauces) and the meal is served hot ! Haddock, Cod, Calamari and Tacos are our favourite. Yum! The restaurant is so clean and tidy. We highly recommend Joey's on Crowchild. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Peggy, we will, for sure, see you again!“

“My son and I had fish and chips and chowder at this restaurant the food was fantastic they had a good selection of hot teas as well the service was great. We are always on the lookout for great fish and chips and so far this is the best we have had I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.“
“Great spot for pub quality fish and chips. I personally recommend getting a kid sized chips with a full fish portion. The chips were great but the fish to fry ratio is better with a kids portion of chips.Quality to price ratio for fish and chips this is probably the best bang for your buck.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly options“
“I absolutely loved the old Sushi Crave so hadn't been back since but I finally tried it today and it was amazing, and possibly better than the original. The service was impeccable and the black dragon roll was fantastic! The atmosphere is very different and works very well with the space (think anime cafe vibe).Also love the love note chest ❤️“
