“The staff here are really friendly and provide great customer service. Always really impressed with how positive and upbeat they are here. I also appreciate how respectful they are in how they communicate with customers and each other. I have noticed it a few times now when we have come in. This location is right by our house and is our youngest son’s favourite spot to eat so we have come here a fair bit since it opened and they have never failed to impress. The quality of the food is always really good and the restaurant is always clean too. My family and I have yet to have a bad experience at this location. Kudos to the owners, management and staff all round. We recommend this place all the time to people. Good food standards across the franchises (that we have experienced anyway) has meant that no matter where we have gone, if we find a Mary Browns we know we are in for a good chicken burger and yummy taters.“

“Had to wait for my chicken to be cooked and i would have to wait 10 minutes. At least with that i knew i was getting the freshest of the fried chicken i thought to myself. The only downside since this was my 1st time going there I thought my meal would come with a drink i guess not . So that was the only downside about my visit. It was pretty good chicken its 50/50 for me. Might go back ...might not

Bit of a story, but bear with me. So I mistakenly made my order to the NE Sunridge location, and I was positive I switched it. Apparently, I didn't, or it switched back, and there's no way to cancel an order once it's made. So I sat down with my kid to contemplate my next move and to tell my wife of the situation. After 5 or 10 minutes they called me over, and told me they're going to phone the other Popeyes to notify them I wasn't coming and then used the order information on my phone to make the promotional order that was particular to the NE location. Truly exemplary service. They could have left me to drive a total of 50 minutes to and from the NE location with my 3 year old, but instead took pity on me.
I thought, at the very least, I should leave a glowing review to say thank you beyond me just saying, "thank you," a number of times.“

“Our service was provided by Sienna, a lovely, friendly young woman. I had some questions concerning a gift card and she went out of her way to get me a satisfactory answer! The meat portions are huge! And the spicy sauce really is spicy! We'll be back for sure.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's a level entrance (I don't think the doorway width will accommodate a bariatric chair) with lots of space inside to manoeuvre. The tables and chairs can be moved. I didn't use the washroom, so I can't comment on that.“

“Edit Nov 17/23 - I havent been here for a bit, usually go to the north Wow Chicken so I didnt know they changed their name and some of the menu. The lady was so nice! I asked about the name change, the new food items,she let us try some things. I always get the Gang Jeong space but she also gave me the Mala Buldak sauce to try - hhhoootttttttttt! Wow, only a little and I was sweating! As she gave it to me,she said she liked that sauce....good on you lol, that's a very hot sauce! We had the mozzarella K-dog with sugar to try, that was good too! We then had our usual lunch special. Little different with having a packet of bulgogi powder but it worked, and the chicken thighs were 3 large rather then some smaller ones. All good, nothing bad to say! This always was my favorite Wow Chicken location so I'm glad they stuck around and now serve even a little more under their new name!I cannot say enough about this place except that it is named very accordingly!! Between the sauce (spicy BBQ), the breading, the chicken.... It's amazing!!! Ordered the bulgogi fries....man! Crispy and full of flavor! My only regret was that I didn't try this sooner!!“
