“Tried it for the first time today. Loved the halwa puri combo! Authentic Pakistani taste in Calgary which is hard to find. Owner Raja himself was on the counter and very active in managing orders and services. Only thing I didn't like was the congested space however if a restaurant exceeds your expectations on food, all other sins are forgiven. Highly recommended!“

“My husband and I met my brother and his family at this restaurant for dinner. We ordered 2 combos - pork and beef, and it was a lot of food. The food is great, the service is good and the ambiance is great! This place has a bbq grill and it is on the expensive side, but in my view, it is worth it. I will definitely come back here again.“

“Like it's name - it is express and strictly takeout only. They offer your typical barbecue meats like BBQ pork, BBQ ribs, crispy pork and roasted duck. They also have soy sauce chicken and duck wings. I highly recommend their lunch box option, it comes with a generous portion of your choice of two meats and rice for $11 (roasted duck is excluded from this option.) The meat is well seasoned and not dry.
It is however always lined up and busy so be prepared to have to wait.

“Just wanted to say we drove from Vancouver Island BC today and after we checked in to our hotel we walked over. I wanted to visit last time here and never got the chance. It was priority #1 this trip and couldn't be happier. 1st! And most important! CARRIE WAS AMAZING! FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE QUICK EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO THE TWO NEWBIES, DUSCUSSED EVERYTHING WE ASKED AND DID NOT MAKE US FEEL RUSHED. YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HER! SHE MADE THE PLACE FEEL LIKE WE WERE AT A 5STAR RESTAURANT. We were in Vegas a few weeks ago and Carrie gave the same if not better service than we had at Hells Kitchen. Please thank her from us! Dinner did not disappoint! Blueberry burnt ends? Cmon ! Awesome! Brisket turkey shrimp each were fantastic. That vinegar sauce? Feel free to ship me a bottle or a case! Lol. I do smoking meats etc and I get the craft. I enjoyed it all and I get picky!. Thanks from Vancouver Island BC!“

“Hankook is the best Korean fried chicken I have had, it is a great place to bring many people as the portion sizes are quite large. Further, the prices are quite cheap for the amount and quality you get.
The lady who runs it is very kind and gives great service, while not a deciding factor in the quality of a resturant it only makes going so much better.
The chicken itself is perfectly cooked, especially the boneless. There are no bad flavors though the soy sauce and chili garlic are the best to get. Definitely a great place to bring family and friends when having a larger dinner get together.“

The wait to order and start receiving food and drinks wasn't long, we were in and out in about an hour.
Everything was delicious. The espresso sauce was an unexpected favorite for me.
I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area again.“

“Family came here to celebrate Father's day with my dad. Never been but my dad had read about it in a magazine and wanted to try it and we're sure glad we did as it was pretty good. The restaurant itself is in a little nondescript strip mall with lots of parking. Inside it nice with lots of seating and the smell of food on the charcoal. I had made reservations previously and we were seated right away.
The menu had lots of options with many having pictures. We ordered Lamb, Beef tendon, Pork Belly, Chicken Leg, Chicken Gizzard, Chicken Hearts, Whole Squid, Oysters, and Eel. Everything was really good. Chicken Leg was moist. Everyone enjoyed the Gizzard and Oyster that we placed another order. The squid was not dry at all.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Staff were friendly although we did have to flag them down to place another order of some things or get more water. Will definitely come back and try other things on the menu.“

“Great hole in the wall bar and grill on 17th Ave SE. The staff were very nice, atmosphere was enjoyable. The music wasn't to loud so you could have a conversation without screaming. The food was great. Got the 5 Apps for $38 plus a large chicken caesar salad and a burger with fries and gravy. The gravy reminded me of the very yummy high school gravy, which I was very pleased to find out. ? ? ? ? ? ? onion rings, potato skins, deep fried pickles, and the steak bites were all so good.
Had ro take a couple of boxes homeof leftovers but so glad we did. The burger was even better then next day for dinner. First burger I've ever had that you could eat the day after. ????
Will definitely go there again very soon, and always remember to bring cash, it's the best currency since we have to have one.

“The best chinese-vietnamese bbq place in town. Their bbq pork (charsiu xá xíu) is amazing. They usually sell out of food fast, so come early. Their sauce is actual drippings from the meat, not some concocted soy sauce mixtures as in most bbq places.
Like any other vietnamese places, cash only.“

“We ordered as a company for our monthly appreciation lunch. The food was great. Everything I ordered was included. They did mention that their food is slightly spicier but did a pretty good job at making it milder. The only item that was on the spicier side were the beef seekh kababs (they did mention this to me prior, so we knew to expect this). The butter chicken was really great. They were generous with the food portions - we had plenty leftover. Overall, the staff really enjoyed the food. Service was exceptional!“

“Ok so this place is inside Tops supermarket, inside Central Landmark Mall. Took me forever to find it. Food is pretty good. The crispy pork is best, amazingly crispy, maybe the meat is a bit dry. Duck is good. Cha siu is ok. Lunch combo is a great deal. All in all a pretty good deal for the amount of food you’re getting. Cash only.“

“I can’t rave enough about Rocky Mountain BBQs team. We hired them to cater our wedding near Longview last week and Braden the owner was so patient with me throughout the process, with multiple emails and questions. Braden was professional and kind, and never made me feel like I was a bother (even when I probably was a bit annoying). The team they sent on the day of were wonderful. They were professional, kind and engaged even in some personal antics put on by my sister for a keepsake photo album for the wedding. To top it off, the food was AMAZING. Roast beef, chicken, Mac and cheese, Caesar salad and garlic potato’s. No complaints from any of us or our guests. Everyone left with full bellies and smiles on our faces.“

“Big shout out to Chris and his team at Big T BBQ in Mahogany! We had them provide 6 pounds of pulled pork, buns, Mac and cheese, coleslaw. Everything was prepared to perfection and ready for the time we asked. They even went above and beyond by providing paper plates, napkins and cutler, which made it much easier on our end. Would highly recommend their services for any gathering you may have where food is needed!“

“Great restaurant, the food is always delicious, we got the a la carte menu, the beef platter is very big, it comes with 3 side dishes, I just wish the amounts for the side dishes were a bit bigger, is supper small even paying for extra ones. Other than that, the service is also very good, and it's very family friendly, I love how the music is on a great level, and every time we ate there the place was super calm, which is great if you have little ones. I highly recommend ordering desert, the dolce de letche pudin and the churros are our absolutely favourites.“

“The service was excellent!! We came in an hour before closing so it was fairly empty and service was very fast. The kimchi was the best I’ve ever had outside of Korea, and the dumplings were sooooo crispy, if you ever get the chance to visit I would highly recommend it!“

“I recently visited Gogi Resto in Calgary for some Korean BBQ, and it was a great experience overall. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere and the food came out quickly, which is always a plus for an all-you-can-eat spot.
The selection of meats was fresh—especially the pork belly and beef slices, which cooked nicely on the grill. I also enjoyed the fried chicken and sides; the kimchi and dipping sauces added a lot of flavor to the meal. The lettuce wraps were fresh and perfect for balancing the richness of the grilled meat.“
