“Really enjoyed the sizzling chicken hot plate. Crispy skin with the right amount of gravy. One portion was definitely not enough to satisfy your craving! The restaurant is nestled in an industrial area. Clean interior. The staff were friendly. I would love to try their halo halo next time.“

“I came across this amazing place after shopping at Hong Kong supermarket and it turns out to be the best thing ever! I had the fried chicken 6 pcs and they were crispy and juicy. I also ordered beef stir fry with rice (sorry I forgot the name) and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD.
I did mental note to always eat here whenever I came to shop at HongKong. I swear the best chicken I've ever had in Calagry!
Staff was amazing too. Atmosphere is very nice and overall just very good experience. Will surely come again!“

“I've just come back to Canada after some years and noticed that Roc's had opened near where my parents lived and wanted to try it - really glad I did! Very delicious food and prompt service - the Halo-Halo was especially delicious! Will definitely be back next time we are in Calgary.“
“Atmosphere is NOT a biggie, it's only take out!But Nay Lolit,s food is AMAZING!She was the original cook before this name change in this location as well. She also started the other store by the short pants plaza!Her food is a variety of different dishes everyday which is so like the filipino carendera back home.You gotta ask what is the stuffed available. They are constantly cooking.Oh! Their pork BBQ! Sooooo good.I've been going to her establishment for years. I go where she goes. She reminds me of my care taker. Just cooks amazing authentic Filipino food.If you want a taste of home! This is your place!

“A must try when you are in Calgary. Sobrang solid!!! Authentic Filipino flavour. Very tasty yet not salty. I ordered la paz batchoy and fresh lumpia. Portioning is huge for the price. I thought I could finish them both but its too big not to share. My friend ordered longsilog, it comes with 3 EGGS!! Super generous ng portioning and yet, quality and very tasty yung food. We will definitely visit again. We hope that we’ll have like this in BC.“

“I highly recommend this restaurant. The Crispy Pata really exceeded my expectation. 100% crunchy in the outside, juicy and well cooked in the inside. I have tasted so many crispy pata but this one is really my top favorite that I even brought 1 back to winnipeg. thank you joan for introducing this to us. we will definitely come back for this.“

“Ate Myla was AMAZING, she made this an amazing birthday celebration for me and my friends last night. The food was amazing, the experience was amazing and she made it even better for me and my friends. If you’re looking for authentic filipino food and a good experience with friends and family go here and ask specifically for Myla. Now sure why other reviews were negative but I and all 20 of my friends, disagree sang on stage too, the singers were amazing. I felt like i was in the philippines again“

“A friend suggested to try this place out and wow it was amazing! The owner was kind and polite, she suggested to try the half steamed and half fried Soimai, it was so good! Not only was the portion size huge but it was delicious! Defintely coming back to try the noodles and dessert. Highly recommend this place :)“

“I ordered delivery thru ubereats and just wanted to compliment the portion of lugaw+egg that was given to me for a great price. The food arrived in sealed packaging, no spillage, and it was all hot and fresh including the chicken wings. Super worth the price for what I got, thank u! Will be back.“
