The food is good, but what really blew me away was the sweetest Filipina with glasses working there named Joy. She was so sweet and kind to customers and especially to one elder lady they was going through so much problems. Joy took the time to even talk to her, listen to her and make her feels better. I was completely blown away by the level of customer satisfaction and service. Its far above par!
Have eaten Fritou since 2011, 2018 onwards it went super downhill. Chicken is simply far too small nowadays, solid fries. Pizzas are ok but they always have bone in the pizza chicken.
