“We celebrated our mom’s 60th birthday at Raja Grill. It was 15 of us including new born, toddler, kids and adults. It’s kids friendly, amazing customer service. Everything was delicious including biryani, kababs, qeema, butter chicken, chanaa curry and kark chai was just cherry on the top. It was better than Toronto’s food. We will come again soon. The only issue is the space it’s a small place so call before coming.

Consistent quality. Courteous and friendly staff.
Just hope they don't follow KFC and make it blanket halal.
If they do it is game over for a lot of people who are not religious.

“Very decent chicken shawarma. Got the authentic toppings and loved the fries, pickles and garlic sauce. The wrap isn't a pita, something closer to a paratha but not bad by any means. Chicken was good but could use a little more seasoning/charring. Garlic sauce and pomegranate molasses was very nice and the wrap was well constructed. One of the better spots in Calgary for chicken shawarma for sure.“

“Ordered food for pickup but when I got to the restaurant the order hadn’t gone through. The staff were very apologetic and made sure to start my order right away. They also offered me a smoked plum sweet tea drink to have while I waited which was delicious. The food was great, I especially liked the ginger and onion mix that came along with it. Everything was very flavorful and tasty.“

“I recently discovered Tugo and it has quickly become my go-to spot for take-out! The Korean fried chicken is absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They have a variety of flavours, but the honey butter coconut\ is my favourite. The rice bowls are also amazing, with generous portions and fresh ingredients.

“Atmosphere is NOT a biggie, it's only take out!But Nay Lolit,s food is AMAZING!She was the original cook before this name change in this location as well. She also started the other store by the short pants plaza!Her food is a variety of different dishes everyday which is so like the filipino carendera back home.You gotta ask what is the stuffed available. They are constantly cooking.Oh! Their pork BBQ! Sooooo good.I've been going to her establishment for years. I go where she goes. She reminds me of my care taker. Just cooks amazing authentic Filipino food.If you want a taste of home! This is your place!

“Jung is always pleasant and willing to make you any dish that you do not see on display. The sushi is often very fresh and I've had it dozens of times. It's not very often I'd trust "mall sushi" but i've come to enjoy it here because it's made very fresh. I would like to see Bento stretch out into some quality cuts of Unagi, Snapper, Surf Clam alas their mostly traditional family style offerings are still great here. Salmon Combo or Spicy Combos are always good.“

“My Grandson and I and one of his soccer teammates were in Coventry Hills for a game and had no idea where we could stop for lunch, so we stopped at this spot and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. I ordered a Teryaki Chicken dish. My Grandson ordered the Sushi with 2 Sides. The other boy got one of the Yakisoba Noodle Bowls. We all thought that the food was great and the service was very good as well.“

We’ve ordered from a few places when we first moved to the nw and hands down this is the most consistent and better tasting option.Sure not all things are perfect example wish the wontons were pork and not seafood or if they had a dedicated chicken and broccoli dish on the menu but honestly it’s small things.They have always been polite and friendly!“

My only complaint is that if you plan to eat here I would always call before visiting, as a few times I have gone to get food right in the middle of their open hours and the restaurant is closed for no apparent reason. They have some great sushi lunch specials that are good value and everything was fresh, nice neat presentation and was yummy.
