New ownership has negatively affected this location. Today they had a girl up front taking orders and doing cash that literally could not speak or understand english. This put her in an impossible situation, and frustrated me as a customer. I asked for a chicken strip basket and she asked me what I want on my cheeseburger. The previous owner was lovely, hopefully they can turn this around.
I highly recommend this Dairy Queen location! The staff are always friendly and kind. Tonight one employee (Yumiko) went above and beyond to quickly decorate a log ice cream cake for me on the spot since there wasn’t one in the display freezer. She also offered to carry the cake out to my van because she saw that I was carrying my newborn in a big car seat. Thank you for such excellent customer service!
They are polite staff Clean place love it come back always.
