So I'm writing this review for everyone. So everyone will be aware that most of the crews who prepared the order in this location are not wearing gloves and hair nets. The guy who prepared our order is only wearing a turban no hair net or gloves. While he is preparing the fries, I saw some fries were dropped on the floor and he just picked up using his hands and put it in fry bag and gave it to the Drive Thru customers. This is the worse restaurant that I encountered. We will never be back to this restaurant.

Thought I’d give this location a try while I was in the area, I ordered one of the chocolate parfaits and asked for extra chocolate when I got up there there was 3 extra charges on the receipt when I went in to ask why and let them know that I didn’t want extra extra extra the lady working proceeded too tell me she confirmed the charges prior to me paying which she did not , and told me that she added extra to the existing 3 layers and that I should learn to count lmao, I let her know that the parfait didn’t look like it had extra as this is why I ordered more this time and that if I knew she would have charged me 3 separate times I wouldn’t have even bothered, she then took the parfait out on hands and told me that I can have my overcharge money and she will remove the chocolate, I’m so lost 😂 all I wanted was a little late night treat:(

This is the best location. Their cake selection and decorating is excellent. Great staff, service and food. We drive from Douglasdale as the service of the Douglasdale one is not good and most things there are just not as good.

The worst quality, we bought 2 large poutines. They had twice less cheese and very old fries. The interesting part is it the most expensive one, when I asked, they said they have different prices.

I ordered 40 mins before closing on uber eats. When my delivery person got there 10 minutes later, the lights were off and staff were gone. If your staff is going to leave early, why would they accept my order, prepare it, then leave? Very unprofessional and wasted my poor uber driver's time and gas.

I think the staff who worked this morning September 1st around 4am, should get a stern talking to about ditching work early after preparing an order. Did they make my food and then take it home with them? Probably. Did they get paid that extra half hour on the company's time when they were supposed to be there till 5am? Probably.

Now i am left hungry and sad. Hope the employees enjoyed "my" food.
