Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We usually make a stop here whenever we're at the mall because the food has generally been good. However, today was a bit of a disappointment. The mushroom burger had an unusual taste, and the fries seemed overly oily with a strange texture. This isn’t typical for this location, so hopefully, it was just an off day. Fingers crossed the next visit is much better for others!

Went through the drive through, was told I needed to pull around and wait at the front because the fries weren’t ready. Waited ten minutes called the store as I had my dog in the car and wasn’t trying to leave her alone on a hot day. Got hung up on.

Waited 20 min for a small order for 2 people. Asked for a refund as I no longer wanted to wait and I was refused.

Terrible service and cake experience. Waited over half an hour as I was told my cake was not ready at the assigned pickup time, but after waiting 30 minutes, the cake was pulled out of the freezer with a note hand written by an employee with the correct pickup time. Cake design did not match my order - there were heart shaped balloons which was not appropriate for my event and completely off from what I ordered. Horrible location with rude staff.

Really nice environment and open late for late night cravings. Ordered a dipped cone and misty slush. The slush was good and so was the cone. But the cone was as slanted. Still a decent experience

Ordered a blizzard through drive through the lady who accepted the payment was rude, got the blizzard it was the wrong one sent it back they went in the back and gave me the exact same wrong blizzard back worst DQ every time I go to this location something is off

They had just opened and she was already having to handle multiple orders simultaneously, alone up front but handled it like a pro and interactive very well with my children.

Dairy Queen at ikea has to be the worst at making dipped cones. Everytine I go for one here the cones are slanted like 60 degrees. The ice cream is already melting through when they hand it to me. Then it drips over the cone because it’s slanted. When I was young an 16 year old girl could make a better cone then the 40 year old Indian making my cone…. I guess I answered my own question. Don’t bother getting ice cream cones here.
