Just went through the drive thru and ordered what I usually get from taco time (jr beef burrito meal). He asks if I want hot sauce, I say no. I then ask for ketchup and he gives me hot sauce. I open my burrito and it’s fried(crispy) when it’s supposed to be a soft tortilla burrito. Please train your staff better.

This is my favorite Taco Time in Calgary there are a couple of good ones but I find this one the best. The staff always greets you in a friendly courteous manner. They always get my order right, as I get my burrito grilled instead of reheated in the microwave. It took a few tries to figure out how long to request it be put on the grill for but they happily do this without a problem and now I get an awesome grilled burrito with mexi fries.
