I ordered the sauce and tossed chicken but what I got was not sauced, I called to report the issue and was told they knew it was not giving the option through door dash to pick sauced but it hadn’t been fixed yet. I then asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and was told there was not one on site to speak with, which I know is BS because it’s DQ standard procedure to have a supervisor at least on site. Terrible service and melted Blizzards.
Took 25 from entering before we got to a till and there was only 1 family of 3 ahead of us.
2 staff in the back just standing arohnd while 1 lady ran around doing everything.
Ordered 2 small blizzards and they were a melted soupy mess when they place them on the counter in front of us.
What a disappointment for a special treat out for a mom & kid
