I came in this evening to take advantage of the $2 blizzard. Unfortunately my app had locked me out and I was having. a frustrating time getting the coupon. My children patiently waited while I was having a mini panic. I asked the manager to help me and he agreed to honour the coupon even though I couldnt produce it on my app. I am really thankful for this simple act to me, it saved me from embarrassment infont of my kids.

Service was amazing. Came with my mom and felt very welcomed. Food came out nice and hot and was brought straight to the table. Service was so good it compelled me to write a review!

We always enjoy a DQ burger and soft serve ice cream desserts. Dalhousie location alway fast service and clean. We order cakes for special occasions and always a hit.

The customer service is just trash. The workers are rude as hell.. Awhile ago I saw someone getting kicked out simply because she wanted to cool down for a bit from the heat outside. The worker didn’t even apologize for asking her to leave. She said it so rudely. ONE

i am actually so flabbergasted by this lady who came up to me and gave me the meanest attitude ever. I understand where she was coming from with not eating stuff from other stores. i was understanding but she did NOT have to talk to me like that. have some respect as i was just minding. my own business. She told me “uhm if your not gonna order then leave. because we can’t have you eating stuff.. from “other” stores!”. It was a hot day! i wanted to just go inside somewhere to eat and stay from the sun. I was actually gonna buy a blizzard after my meal but i guess i got kicked out before i got to do it. don’t worry i cooperated and didint cause a scene, but teach that lady some manners especially to younger people as i did absolutely nothing. not the mention i saw her eyeing me down and irritated before she spoke up to me. like sorry i guess???

We pre-ordered ice cream for our team via the DQ app for a year end wrap up. When we arrived they claim to have not received the order. We had the receipt and proof that it was paid for but they would not make our order. We had to place another order and pay again. It took 2 weeks, 5 calls and an in-person visit to get a refund for the original order only to find out they would not refund the entire purchase! The service and communication from this location is horrible. I would avoid this location at all costs.

I highly recommend going to this Dairy Queen location and asking for Lexi to design your cake. Lexi is such an artist! This Garfield cake she designed was the BEST! The cake looked stunning, it tasted delicious and Lexi's positive attitude made the experience pleasant and special! Thanks Lexi and DQ team for the wonderful birthday cake this year. I'll be going back to buy more cakes in the future.

I had a fantastic experience ordering a DQ cake for my son’s wild-animal themed 4th birthday. The staff were very friendly and arranged for me to be able to discuss the details with cake-artist Lexi. Lexi is so skilled and creative. She brought my vision to life at short notice! The cake was ready on time and a hit with our guests. Will definitely be a repeat customer :)
