We just ordered two small blizzards on uber eats from this location. When they arrived, the ice cream was over flowing, melted, and had dripped everywhere. When we took the lids off, the ice cream literally collapsed everywhere and made a horrible mess.

I cannot praise Dairy Queen enough! Every visit feels like coming home, and the incredible lady behind the counter makes it extra special. Despite it being five years since my last visit, she remembered me instantly. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor are unmatched, making each trip a memorable experience. The ice cream is always delicious, but the exceptional service keeps me coming back. Dairy Queen is a gem, thanks to its fantastic staff and delightful treats!

Worst service ever!!!! I arrived at the counter to order and no one was there. 10min later the lady casually waltzes in. I order a small chocolate brownie extreme blizzard, she's not listening. She asks me to repeat I do she still has no clue what I want so she points at the counter at the smarties logo. I say no and point at the chocolate brownie extreme but she still doesn't care at all and makes me a smartie blizzard!!!

The service was bad employees were super rude plus the food wasn't cooked properly got food poison from this location I suggest not going there

I love the employees here. This young man always has a smile on his face and gives great service! Usually marlborough good rep but this place sure is good

Was inside the Marlborough mall and wanted something healthy for lunch and only found the orange Julius here so thought it was okay. For a large it was quite expensive I find compared to other smoothie places I’ve been too. The worker wasn’t that friendly either as she was just walking around and talking to someone on their AirPods.Don’t recommend

Nice people and great tasting food/drinks.

I JUST visited this location and purchased the red velvet cake blizzard of the month. The cashier did not serve it to me upside down. The marketing for the blizzard of the month clearly says it is served upside down or the next one is free. The cashier apparently didn’t know this & said she had no way of honoring this policy. She offered me a coupon to get an orange Julius for $2.49. What a rip off DQ.
