The Old Spaghetti Factory is pretty much as consistent as they come. I love the simple “all-included” style to their menu. The sourdough loaf was fresh out of the oven; the salad was very fresh; the spaghetti with spicy meat sauce was spiced perfectly & of course, the spumoni ice cream always caps off a meal beautifully. Reasonably priced food. Food is always pretty good. One time they refunded a plate due to finding a couple hairs on it but we go there all the time and it only happened once, and they were very cool about not charging us for it. Kind of gross decor, but you aren't there for that. Sometimes they put you beside a really loud table for no reason when the restaurant isn't full. Had a great experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Kat, was especially wonderful—she was very kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. She made sure everything was taken care of and really made our experience enjoyable.
