We are big fans but the last two times we ordered, the pizza has been very different than what we're used to. It has been WAY too cheesy (never thought I could say such a thing!) and way under cooked. We couldn't see the crust and it was mushy and wet in the centre. We cooked it for 20 minutes on our pizza stone in our oven at home so we could eat it. We're really hoping this isn't a trend. We won't be ordering for a little while in hopes they can work it out.

This place is everything you want in a pizza, if you like thick pies generous on toppings. Simple no frills storefront putting out truly delicious, filling pizzas every time. Have only ever done take out. Their New York style is my favourite.

I’ve been to Demetris Pizza in Kensington a few times now, and it never disappoints. The pizza is seriously good fresh ingredients, great crust, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. You can tell it’s made with care, not just rushed out like in some places.
The staff here are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is consistently quick and smooth. Whether you’re dining in or doing takeout, they really make you feel like a valued customer. You can tell they take pride in what they do, which makes the whole experience even better.
It’s a chill, cozy place to grab a bite. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I’m craving pizza in Calgary. Highly recommend!

Definitely has changed after a few years of not coming back. The gluten free pizza was a complete disappointment and same with the original crust.
