Diwan Arabian Cuisine and Lounge -Shisha lounge

Good food..

The ambiance is beautiful and the shisha itself was enjoyable. I’ve unfortunately had consistent concerns regarding the service.
On multiple visits i’ve noticed a clear difference in how female guests were treated compared to male guests. My friend and I were left unchecked for nearly an hour on a day when the venue was not busy. During that time women servers were actively attending to male tables while walking past us without acknowledgment even when we attempted to get their attention by asking aloud, and waving. Additionally our food 2 small appetizers took 40 + minuets to arrive and was served cold. I appreciate the setting and concept of the establishment, but the service experience has ultimately discouraged me from returning.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the space itself has great potential but the establishment doesn’t seem to be concerned with who they hire.

I had a quick meal here. Their rolls are large and meaty, with no cheap or commercial meat cuts.

My friends and I went in for hookah and before we sat in, the lady was so rude to us and treated us impolitely which was unprofessional for a waitress – they could definitely benefit from customer service training .
I don’t recommend this place!

All the staff are extremely nice and accommodating, the shisha is a reasonable price for the quality along with a great deal on mondays. Overall extremely satisfied with the experience.

I tried the famous Jordanian Mansaf dish at this restaurant, and although the last time I ate it was in Jordan itself, I found the exact same authentic flavor in this dish. I don't know how they managed it, but they truly succeeded. I congratulate them on their excellence in this. I was also happy to meet the restaurant’s new owner—he’s a very kind person and listened to our opinions about the dishes. I wish him success in his venture. It’s also great that this restaurant is close to me, which means whenever I’m craving a delicious, hearty meal, I know exactly where to go 😂
