Recently i ordered pizza from this store. At first they cancelled my order after preparing it and they didn’t even provide me any notification about cancellation of my order and i was waiting for it from an hour . At last when i called customer service and the store they told me that they have cancelled the order without my permission. I was very hungry but after waiting alot i got pizzas which are just cheeze on it but i ordered half and half pizza from there. So i am totally disappointed by this store as they didn’t provide me any notification of cancellation and they don’t gave me order on time and when they gave it to me then it was just cheese on it . Even not any single veggie but they have added alot of sauce on ittttttrr why is this like that ????? Will think alot if i will order again from there but be serious guys we are paying for it . Its not free service and food! Thanks!

I kept ordering the handmade crust, kept getting charged for it, but never got handmade crust the 4-5 times I ordered delivery and pickup from there. Just go to the one on 6th ave, they always get my order right.

Blasting Indian music like I know what’s going on. Second very rude customer service for no reason when all I asked about any specials or deals. Their food was honestly terrible watered down wings that tasted awful didn’t even taste like chicken as it had a weird smell. And the pizza had only 2 pieces of chicken on each slice like this isn’t a homeless shelter were u need to ration the food because I’m paying for chicken on my pizza and they proceed to give the absolute bare minimum didn’t even say good bye as I left as she just gave me a dirty look. If anyone is interested in wasting money and enjoying a terrible experience this is the spot

On Friday December 6, 2024,I ordered from Domino's on 17th Ave SW, and was left incredibly disappointed.
The entire experience was a mess, from the initial order to the final delivery.
First, the order itself was a disaster. The pizza that arrived was completely wrong. It was the incorrect size, had the wrong toppings, and the total amount charged was inaccurate. It's frustrating to pay for something you didn't order, especially when it's not what you wanted. I was assured I would hear from you, the location manager on Saterday December 7th. No call. I called back Sunday December 8th to find your staff offered a pizza delivered.
To make matters worse, the delivery driver was incredibly rude, particularly to the young child who answered the door. This is unacceptable behavior, especially when dealing with children.
I'm extremely disappointed with Domino's. We have been long standing customers, using this company for our community gatherings, church youth groups and personal dinning. I expected better quality control and customer service from a major pizza chain. I may have to reconsider my future orders from this establishment at 929 17th Ave SW Calgary AB. Tammie Hart-Ingertila

"I had a great experience with Domino's! The pizza arrived really quickly, even faster than expected. It was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing with just the right amount of toppings and a perfect crust. The delivery driver was friendly too. I definitely recommend Domino's for fast service and tasty pizza!
We just picked up our order, it’s disgusting. We have ordered from here many times and always the same items, this time it tested so different. It tastes rancid and old. The last time we ordered before today, the food was okay but the service was horrendous. We won’t be ordering again.
