Exceptional Service at Donair Palace – Thanks to Sehaj! I had the pleasure of visiting Donair Palace recently, and I have to say, Sehaj made the experience unforgettable! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor made me feel like I was at home. Not only is she incredibly professional, but her attention to detail is unmatched. She took the time to ensure my order was perfect, and even went the extra mile to recommend a few new items to try, which I absolutely loved!

The pizza costed three dollars and initially I decided to buy one for my friend with a five dollar bill. However, because he had ran out of change, he decided to give us a deal of two pizzas for five dollars instead of six. Great and kind people!
Edit: I just got a chicken shawarma today . I wanted to get regular size but realized they gave me too little change. I asked them why and they said they made me a medium because they didn’t have any regular sizes. so basically, they changed my order without telling me, isn’t this a scam? Worst of all, the chicken shawarma medium sized was 3/4 vegetables and I barely tasted any meat, had to throw out the rest. This is sad to say because this was my favourite place, but today I went there, everywhere was super sticky . The quality really fell down. I usually come here with friends and praise the place but now at the moment I will avoid.

All vegetables too little meat, I asked for a regular chicken shawarma but they didn’t have that and just forced a medium chicken shawarma onto me without informing us until we noticed the price on our own, which I didn’t want to spend extra for. The server was a young lady and she seemed impatient and impolite, gave me a lot of toppings but little chicken, feels like eating a salad. The shawarma wasn’t even heated correctly and its colder than a rock covered in snow. When we entered the floor its sticky like glue and it didn’t seem to be cleaned in a long time. Overall garbage experience and I won’t ever come again.
