Four of us went for Happy Hour followed with dinner. We were seated in the dining room but then told to move to the lounge if we wanted HH prices! This was not mentioned on their website. The HH menu is very limited both drinks and food! My $16. glass of wine was reduced by $3.00 for HH. We were not impressed at all and will not be returning!

I celebrated my friend and I's double birthdays at Earl's. The customer service was amazing including the birthday cards, balloons and complimentary cake. The seating was perfect and I loved the atmosphere. Isabella greeted me with a warm welcome and offered me some suggestions to start with. I would highly recommend going here for a perfect dinner.

Always a great time at Earls 16th Ave. As a Western Region Director, I prefer to do all my meetings at your restaurant. Delicious food, amazing service and Roni is absolutely the diamond of the restaurant. Sheridan and Charlotte were wonderful, and super funny. I'm looking forward to seeing all the staff soon.

I often enjoy eating at Earls, but on June 14 the staff was unable to provide good service. My guest and I ordered our beverage. Later our meal. 30 minutes later the meal arrived and we still had No Beverages! They said they were backed up at the bar. Seriously???? They said, there was a Baby Shower that was causing the back up. I said, You knew they'd be here! I too made reservations, as did most of the people here. You should fire the manger- Gordon Ramsay would!!!

My girlfriend and I love earls (especially the spin dip). They wrote us a card, gave us a balloon, and a free dessert to congratulate us on our anniversary. Our server Maggie was very friendly and super quick with our orders. Definitely some of the best service I've ever had. Overall it was a really great time.

I recently booked a reservation here and waited 25 minutes for any service at our table, drinks took a minimum of 10-30 minutes every order, food order wasn’t taken correctly and was missing items. Servers seemed confused who was and wasn’t serving our table…I don’t think we will be booking a reservation at this location again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either as they seem to have a problem serving a table with 5+ people at it.

The food is always good, and usually the service is good. However we booked a reservation here...waited 25 minutes for service at our reserved table. We asked the host stand where our server was, they had said “we thought you were waiting for the rest of your party before wanting a drink”...how would they know if no one asked?...food came in a timely manor so good on the kitchen but the rest of the service was extremely slow although the establishment wasn't too busy. This is the second time we have experienced this at this location. We had a large bill so you'd think they'd step up the service a little more but they didn't. We ended up having more joiners than anticipated 7 of us in total. We had to order 2 drinks at a time as we knew it would take another 15-20 minutes to receive another and we were celebrating a family event, and the men were trying to tie one on. At one point we had another server at our table taking our order and halfway through she said “well I'm not your server so you're going to have to wait”...we had already been waiting 20 minutes to put orders in...and when we did order from our actual server she was very confused and half our drinks didn't end up making it to the table until 35 minutes later. We would have stayed longer but ended up leaving and going to another pub where we would be properly served. I wouldn't reccomend this business for parties over 2-3 as it seems their staff can't handle it.

Visited Earl’s Kitchen + Bar on a steady Wednesday night, and while our server Emma was absolutely wonderful, attentive, friendly, and on top of everything, the food just didn’t deliver. It was okay at best, but nothing memorable. With the recent changes in management and the kitchen team, it feels like the quality has taken a noticeable dip. The dishes don’t have the same consistency or flavor they used to, and overall, it feels more like a generic western dining experience now. Great service, but unfortunately, the food doesn’t live up to what Earl’s used to be.
