Me and my boyfriend come here quite often for dinner and have had nothing but great service until our recent experience.
The food we ordered was our usuals that we get every time we come to earls. My pasta was undercooked and cold.. and my partners potatoes were undercooked as well. The waitress also had a bad attitude regarding the situation.. and i had to talk to another lady about it and she took the food off the bill which was nice. Very dissapointed. The other waitress made me uncomfortable. Won't be coming back and will go to another location.

Went for brunch recently and a few things ruined the experience right off the bat. We have been here so many times over the years and really like it so it was disappointing. On arrival (to an empty restaurant), I was asked for my phone number. I politely said no, thank you, because for numerous reasons don’t give out my personal number randomly. Hostess kept asking, and I kept saying no. I asked why, and she said ‘for our reservation system’. We didn’t have a reservation and there were literally 2 people in the entire place. When I refused she then went past me and asked my husband for a number. Seriously…. Anyway, she finally gave up and we were seated, directly next to the only filled table and an extremely loud speaker playing very annoying music. After commenting and moving ourselves one table over, it was seriously too much. Instead of just leaving we were seated inside. It was somewhat quieter, service was very slow. Food was good, happy brunch prices were a joke ($3 off a plate of food..), which is something but honestly the whole initial experience put such a bad taste in my mouth and ruined the whole outing that i wished we’d just stayed home. Pity, we used to come here all the time and loved it

The service here was incredible! Our server Catherine is a phenomenal server, she was so kind and caring! Everyone who came to our table was so friendly and nice to us! Such amazing staff who are well trained and knowledgeable ! 10/10 experience!

Even when it's busy here it doesn't feel too crazy loud. Food was delicious, had the sirloin with seasonal veg and mashed potatoes, they have a fair bit of vegetation options as well like the tofu tacos
