I ordered Cajun salmon, it was over cooked . I ordered chocolate lava cake it wasn't warm there was no lace in it and it was dry . I ordered the white chocolate brûlée it was too runny.
I love Earls and I choose the restaurant for the amazing food and service. Last night I was very disappointed that the service was sub par. I had to find a person to take out meal order. Having the same servicer looking after both large tops was a poor judgment.
We stopped in for a quick bite leaving the airport after a mix up with our rental car, and Helen turned our day around! She was so kind and listened to our venting, was so sweet with our 5 year old, and even brought out a dessert before we left. Helen, you made our day! - Brad, Fiona & Elliott
